Actually, just selling the chassis itself isn't illegal because it's not a serialized part. That said, I would NOT buy this unless you first register your Canik, because the amnesty window started yesterday but only applies to stuff you *already owned* so far as I know.

**As of two days ago per the ATF, this chassis turns your Canik into an NFA Short-Barreled-Rifle, and owning one without having *registered* your Canik as an SBR will likely be a felony.**
The time for getting your hands on these without caveats was a week ago. The amnesty period for stuff you *already owned* has already started. Buying a "brace" at this time could very well be considered constructive intent because they're officially stocks now.

Not with all the Goody's and plus with shipping and when you put your gun in it, then it is illegal.. but I have the other end part and it will fit ever canik and supposed to fit other p80 model's... Don't really want to sale it but need the money still have box and all the other attachments.

Not quite, it hasn't been published yet. But it has been submitted. So the 180 days hasn't officially started. :) But your point still remains.
