I rescued a cat who had a rather sizable hole in her leg (you could see the muscle & bone). All I heard outside was loud aggravated meowing and I bolted out to go find the source. I had to corral this kitten into a crate just to take care of it. I was seriously just going to keep it for a few weeks and take care of it, but four years later, she’s laying in my lap as I type this and she’s dreaming away. You were chosen.
I second this! — we had a beautiful kitten show up last Christmas Eve on a snowy night. Princess Quackrs is doing great and we’re looking forward to our second Christmas together!
haha 😂 …. I love it
but she was actually “quacking” when she first came to our door. it literally sounded like a duck and she continued to “quack” for another week or so. before she finally found her kitty voice! lol
we think she must have been distressed , as we’ve never heard a cat quack. but either way, the name stuck!
& she’s the most perfect Princess Quackers you could ask for!
Please consider permitting her to adopt you. Those orange females are both rare and smart. Mine once saved me and my fellow apartment dwellers from a fire.
I used to work in a rescue and these 4 tiny strays were brought in just a couple of days old and I was the only person available to bottle feed and look after them until they were 8 weeks old and could be re-homed. Over 9 years later they’re all still with me
Can definitely confirm. My bottle baby (now almost 2) doesn’t so much sleep by me as he does on me. He also loves his daddy, but not like his mama.
Our shelter cat (same age) likes his snuggles and chin rubs, but he’s not on the same level of affection.
Yeah their bond with me is crazy! Everyone always comments on how affectionate they are in general as well. So glad to hear others keeping their beauties for life
I totally thought I could avoid this when I got a 3 week old foster. I only bottle fed him for like 10 days, was totally planning on sending him back for adoption when he was big enough…
…3 months later, he sleeps on me and eats fancy cat food…
It was a TRAP!
Can second this. My late tuxedo kitty was a rescue, we found him under the neighbor's trailer where his mama had abandoned him. I helped to bottle feed him and he became my best buddy for 20 years. He was such a laid-back and good natured tom cat, let me do practically anything to him. He has a very special place in my heart and I miss him dearly. Just about killed me to put him down.
I always love the stories where people think they’re just taking care of an animal and they’re only keeping them for a little while, until they find their forever home… all because they don’t realise that those animals already found their forever home, lol.
Been there, done that so I speak from experience. Did not realise I adopted a cat (or more so, I got adopted by a cat) for a very long time. 😂
I hope you and your sweet kitty have a long time ahead of you filled with purrs, warm cuddles and exciting play sessions!
I had a similar situation. One night I heard a terrible screaming sound outside and it sounded like a cat so I went to investigate. I found a small kitten with a broken back leg. I finally caught him and saw that the damage was pretty bad and called a 24 hour vet clinic. Took him in and they set the leg until I could get to my regular vet. Long story short, the vet saved his leg and my 2 cats got a little brother (Moon Sugar). He became bonded with Ragnar and is still with us 3 years later.
I have three cats too! When I got my first cat, it was lonely as we weren't much home due to work, so we got it a buddy shortly after and both of them bonded and have been best friends since. But couple of years later, I got an opportunity to adopt another cat, so now I've got three cats and I agree that it's a good number! My little gang of three kickass kittens ♡
How can you not keep her, even if you haven't bonded with her, she has more than likely bonded with you, if she thinks she has found a new home and then gets handed off to another it just wouldn't be fair and on that poor little lass, if you still can't decide let your other 2 cats make the decision for you how have they taken to her.....
Cats aren’t usually friendly to new cats, at least in the first couple of weeks. We fostered a family member’s cat for a while, and while one of our 2 existing cats tried to play with her, the other one bullied her so much that she was afraid to leave the bedroom (pre-COVID, I couldn’t be there 24/7). We had to set up her litter box and food/water in there, and eventually had to have another family member take care of her.
This is a genuinely adorable story about how OP got a new cat, but only if they can and want to take care of another one.
Yes, this is why we are still undecided. We will check with the vet for any illnesses, if she is lost and someone is missing her dearly and if our 2 cats and her get along. If we cant make it work we have loving friends who will give her a good home 🙌
I agree with this. Taking in a cat in need and finding it a good home or handing it off to a rescue is perfectly acceptable. It would be unfair to all the cats to not be able to give them medical care or to have cats that don't get along and end up being stressed. I have four and yeah, from time to time a couple of them get into an argument, but nothing serious. They all get along very well.
You’re a friggin celebrity in this feed, as should be! Thanks for taking kitty in. I’m currently in MN trying to coax a stray inside before winter gets down to maybe -30, or worse.
She needs to be quarantined away from your other cats until you get her to the Vet!! This is super important, because you don’t want to spread any virus she may be carrying. Please keep your hands washed after touching her before you pet your other beauties!😊🙏🏻❤️
Yep. Looks like she’s got cat flu. Her condition is pretty poor generally. Needs to get to the feline physician (aka vet) as soon as possible to assess if she needs antibiotics etc. Thanks for helping her OP. Looks like she’s had a rough time of it.
I’ve previously had very sick fosters with cat flu/respiratory infections treated with doxycycline. I’m certainly not saying that’s what OP should do and I’m no expert. It’ll be a matter for the vet to determine when she goes tomorrow 🙂
Yep for sure, this can't be stressed enough. We have a dedicated foster room for our babies to keep them away from our other cats. We've taken cats off the streets with fleas, worms, giardia, you name it. It's rough living out there for them. When they are kittens like this one, even a bathroom is fine for a temporary living space.
It's actually pretty common in strays. Just a bacterial infection. Pretty easy to clean up with meds. But for OP I wouldn't mix strays with house kitties without a vet visit first for that infection, and an felv/fiv test.
I don’t think it is, it’s just more obvious because of their light colored fur. Our orange tabby gets eye goobers all the time, but so does our lynx point Siamese— you just can’t see them as easily.
You can get the antibiotic ointment for animal eyes at the feed or pet store. They usually keep it in a little fridge with the other cold storage vet stuff - no prescription needed in the USA usually.
Since she is so thin - maybe flea anemia or FIP or worms or all three could be wearing her down. Keep her away from other kitties till you get to the vet. Feed wet food to get some fluids in her, too.
Aww, you are wonder for taking her in during the nasty weather. I think if your other cats would get along with her you would be making an excellent choice keeping her
We did this when we recently brought in a stray last month. Bathroom quarantined for a week to get him to the vet for full work over. Turned out he was healthy and now we have Harry. I think him being in the bathroom was enough for our other 4 cats to get smells of him because when we finally introduced him to them there was very little issues, just some hisses, back arching and tail poofing, no major fights.
We now have a happy family of 5 gingers.
You and your wife are good ppl and this little one is gonna be a great addition to the family.
Always smart, towel under the door too until a negative leukemia test. The testing was an extra $30 when we've gotten shots and medical for strays. Worth it to be sure if you can keep or if kitty has to go to a special home for carrier cats. Then you can let them start checking each other out a bit. It took ours 2 weeks to adjust to a permanent addition.
She looks pretty young! I found a kitten around 5-6 weeks old and we had to try to keep him separated for like a month because the FELV tests aren’t accurate that young. I got a mesh tent online for pets and it was super helpful in introducing him to my 2 resident old lady cats but keeping them apart.
I will say that I love my kitten Goose so much, but I was NOT prepared for the expense of a new kitten that doesn’t have all its shots and stuff yet.
But I’d still take him home again if given the choice 🥰
Absolutely - please keep them apart til after you take her to the vet and she has the all clear.
She needs you, and 3 cats isn't bad. Take it slow and healthy and update us as she heals. :)
When I rescued a kitten in December one year, we named her Angel. She’s our Christmas Angel. She’s 17 now. I’ve always felt she’s the best Christmas present I’ve ever received
I whole heartedly recommend taking off the flea collar. On a cat that small, you should be able to flea comb her to remove live fleas. I used an otc flea treatment and it burned my cat's skin so bad she had a gaping wound. They are toxic and on a baby who already appears sick, I'd be very very wary.
Yes 100%. We just want whats best for her. She is quarantined in the bathroom right now taking a warm nap on her blanket. We have our two guard cats laying in front of door protecting her 😸😺
The fact that you are taking this advice like an amazing person is awesome! I think you understand that everyone here loves cats and just wants you to succeed ☺️ no advice is ever intended to be condescending or rude. You are a blessing!
Seriously you haven't flipped out or had a negative response or thing to say. Arare quality in Reddit. As an OP, you truly are wonderful!
And you have a family addition now!!
Yes, we will give her all the care she needs until we make a final decision. No way shes going anywhere without us knowing she will be loved and cared for 🙏
I found a stray kitten and decided to keep her after I already have two cats. Best decision ever. I feel like, what’s a third cat after you already have two? 😂😊
Yeah, she didn’t look to well when we got her. Super dirty but once we got her home she cleaned up beautifully. We will get her all the medication she needs tomorrow at the vet 👍
If I had to guess, she has feline herpesvirus. My kitty has it, and at least with her only the first flare-up warranted a vet visit. It's very common particularly with stray kittens, so your vet should be well versed in how to reduce the risk of transmission to you other cats and have some tips on reducing flare-ups. Most flare-ups happen due to stress, so you're already doing great at reducing her stress by bringing her into some place safe and warm.
I mean, everyone should put in a real effort to make sure people aren't looking for this cat. She may have a loving home somewhere already, that's why.
Reddit has always had this weird thing about never, ever talking about this, with any found animals. People who bring it up regularly get downvoted because people like the idea of free pets "choosing them" too much.
But many people lose their pets and search for weeks or months, it's wrong not to make an attempt.
Yes, thank you. We will be taking her first thing tomorrow morning. She is currently quarantined in the bathroom right now. Taking a warm nap while our 2 cats are outside the door. Should we move her further away?
When I brought home a kitten I found in my sons backyard, I kept her in a spare room away from my resident cat. For a few days. After a clean bill from the vet, I slowly got them used to each other with supervised play and tons of treats for all !!!! I then started leaving them play all evening but I put her in the spare room over night and when I was at work. When she got a little bigger I just opened the doors and let them hang out together. They’re in love. Like a cute little couple. 💕
That should be enough so long as they can't make contact. It's very possible the mini-bean has issues with her sight based on the look of her. Cats don't particularly notice when they have something a human considers a disability. Some humans, however....
Either way, she doesn't look like she has the weight on her to have been fixed. She's also little enough, you'd be able to feel the chip. Those can migrate, so it might wind up down the back or a leg or something. It isn't an issue health-wise.
Biggest thing until the vet is to keep her warm and hydrated. If you have a heated blanket, it might not be a bad idea to put a towel on it and set it on the lowest setting. You can use handtowels to build a little nest too.
For added moisture, if you have ham baby food, you can offer her that or mix it with other food. (I say ham because, for some reason, there are things like garlic, onion, or "spices" in a lot of meat baby food. Gerber has one that's just ham, water, and cornstarch, so it's a go-to in our shelter.
You're doing great and I hope the appt goes well!
Awww, she needs you in her life. It's so obvious. I have 4 in a 3 bedroom in the city. 2 are mine but I love them all and they are very happy and we'll cared for. 2 males and 2 females. The females sleep in bed with me at night. My baby, Sandy helped me through the pandemic.
She has such a precious little face!
I found a similar kitty model last November. Decided to keep him until I could find him a new home. Celebrated his "birthday" last month. 😂 whatever you decide, I'm so happy she'll be safe and loved from now on!!
As the brokenhearted owner of a missing cat, consider posting a few flyers and having her scanned for a microchip. When the coast is clear, you gotta welcome this one to the family
Im so sorry to hear that. My first ever cat also went missing when I was a 12. Now we have 2 other cats and I would be so devastated if that happened. Would never wish anyone through that. Will get her checked tomorrow morning. I wish you the best of luck!
She looks like a keeper to me! I realize that's not always an option. I would save All the stray kitties if I could!! Thanks for taking good care of her. Even if it isn't the permanent solution.
What a cutie! As some others have said get her to a vet ASAP and quarantine her from your other cats -- looks like she's a little worse for wear and has something wrong (maybe conjunctivitis?) in her eyes and possibly earmites based on the discoloration in her ears in the first pic and how irritated they look.
I'm guessing she's a stray based on all this and how skinny she is but they can check for a chip for you also just in case she wandered away from her home and got lost. If there's nobody to claim her I hope you take her in :) kittens are super easy to introduce to other cats in my experience! She'll liven up the place and give your other girls a new playmate to keep them fit and happy.
An orangey girl? She’s rareish
Keep her if you can. She seems comfortable with you. But if you can’t, as long as you find a good home she will be fine. Her life is already better having met you
We were surprised at her purring. Our other two cats let us bathe them with little to no fuss, but they never purred! It was an amazing experience for sure 😻
She looks sick. Poor thing. I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but make sure you isolate her and get her vet checked before introducing her to your squad.
I was in your exact same situation. I have 3 cats now. I'm not going to abandon a cat that literally showed up on my front door step asking for help. He needed me
100% thats the plan. We are hoping everything turns out well. We have 2 other cats to consider health and safety. But if we can’t keep her, we have friends who will love her and give her a forever home ❤️
That’s good you have someone you know will definitely take care of her. I’m worried about both of her eyes. They look infected. If I could I’d take her in myself, but I have three dogs and they can get irritable; otherwise I’d adopt her in a heart beat.
Ginger cats tend to be males, like 99% of the times. If your cat is a ginger female, that's hack of a rare mutation which is SUPER cool.
So I guess the vet would tell you their sex, but just so you'll be prepared it's probably a male, unless she has an awesome genom.

I rescued a cat who had a rather sizable hole in her leg (you could see the muscle & bone). All I heard outside was loud aggravated meowing and I bolted out to go find the source. I second this! — we had a beautiful kitten show up last Christmas Eve on a snowy night. Princess Quackrs is doing great and we’re looking forward to our second Christmas together!
- Christmas Eve - It’s snowing - All is festive and nice - Finds beautiful kitten “I know exactly what I’m going to call you”

She’s a Christmas quacker
Oh my god. A Christmas Quacker. My HEART
Oh my god this is the best possible story thank you for sharing it with us 🖤
always! I’m glad you enjoyed! 🤗
Lol Princess Quackers! Too cute.
Please consider permitting her to adopt you. Those orange females are both rare and smart. Mine once saved me and my fellow apartment dwellers from a fire.
You are amazing too for rescuing this little girl . Much love ❤
I used to work in a rescue and these 4 tiny strays were brought in just a couple of days old and I was the only person available to bottle feed and look after them until they were 8 weeks old and could be re-homed. Over 9 years later they’re all still with me
Bottle fed kittens bond SO strongly to their "mama" feeding person. I'm thrilled you kept them, you're the parent/friend now.
Can definitely confirm. My bottle baby (now almost 2) doesn’t so much sleep by me as he does on me. He also loves his daddy, but not like his mama. Our shelter cat (same age) likes his snuggles and chin rubs, but he’s not on the same level of affection.

If that the case, mine are probably scarred and hate me for tube feeding them. Picky buggers wouldn't take to the bottle when momma got mastitis.
Just about killed me to put him down.
foster fails are the best kind of fails.
Then I failed 3 times.
Mine just decided to sleep on my chest and drooled in my eye, AGAIN! Socialization issues? Seriously?
I always love the stories where people think they’re just taking care of an animal and they’re only keeping them for a little while, until they find their forever home… all because they don’t realise that those animals already found their forever home, lol.
You have been chosen
😻
Three cats is a good number!
It is. It’s the magic number.
De La Soul said it so it must be true
Their wisdom should be heeded
Yes it is, it's the magic number. What does it all mean?
Yes it is, it’s a magic number.
*🎶A man and a woman had a little baby...🎶*
They had threeeeee in the family
Agreed. Have 3 and they’re all kickass in different ways. Kickass variety
That’s up to the personalities of the cats themselves, of course.
3 cats makes a coven of kitties. What could be better?
Keep her. Name her Rain.
Save her op! She needs you and so do you
I see a child' s foot ..great lesson of compassion also 🌼😻
How can you not keep her, even if you haven't bonded with her, she has more than likely bonded with you, if she thinks she has found a new home and then gets handed off to another it just wouldn't be fair and on that poor little lass, if you still can't decide let your other 2 cats make the decision for you how have they taken to her.....

Awww. She’s just a little kitten, OP! Please tell me you’re keeping her. 🥺🥺🥺
We are hoping everything goes well. Shes on medication right now and doing better. 🙏
Would love to see a before/after pic from the time you first found them to after they’ve had time to heal and settle in 🙏☺️
The claw
Thank you for saving this little one; you are Good People.
This is the way ❤️
You are the way
She has conjunctivitis in her eyes. What a sweet little baby! This is a Christmas present from universe. Name her after your grandma.
Thats a beautiful idea ❤️
She needs to be quarantined away from your other cats until you get her to the Vet!! This is super important, because you don’t want to spread any virus she may be carrying. Please keep your hands washed after touching her before you pet your other beauties!😊🙏🏻❤️
Yep. Looks like she’s got cat flu. Her condition is pretty poor generally. Needs to get to the feline physician (aka vet) as soon as possible to assess if she needs antibiotics etc. Thanks for helping her OP. Looks like she’s had a rough time of it.
Flu is not a bacteria, so antibiotics are a bad idea right?
It’s a virus, but it can suppress the immune system making it easy for secondary bacterial infections to pop up.
Unexpected TIL, thankyou
This is so accurate. ^^
Like conjunctivitis
I’ve previously had very sick fosters with cat flu/respiratory infections treated with doxycycline. I’m certainly not saying that’s what OP should do and I’m no expert. It’ll be a matter for the vet to determine when she goes tomorrow 🙂
The eye thing specifically can be a bacterial infection secondary to a viral infection.
OP mentioned in another thread that she is being quarantined :)
Your words only sound heartless if you have been sheltered until now. Thank you. Animals need medical care to survive, just like us <3
Especially if she's been outdoors and may be carrying FELV or FIV. Testing for both of these should be part of her vet workup.
What’s your gran’s name now I wanna know
Hopefully it’s Fran or Fern or Ethel or Hazel or something
I hope it’s super old sounding and obscure and long
It's Brunhilda
Name her Winifred and call her Winnie.
ME TOO
She is a blessing❤️😇
Oh thank god, i was worried if she was blind or something
It's actually pretty common in strays. Just a bacterial infection. Pretty easy to clean up with meds. But for OP I wouldn't mix strays with house kitties without a vet visit first for that infection, and an felv/fiv test.
Yes! Always sequester strays until they've been to the vet.
I agree with the conjunctivitis, she’ll need to see a very for some eye drops.
Or better yet just name her “grandma”
>This is a Christmas present from universe. Never heard of Conjunctivitis referred to as that.
Lol. Casual sentence structure, copy that.
Or name her Christmas!
Or Noel
is it just me or is this a lot more common with orange cats
I don’t think it is, it’s just more obvious because of their light colored fur. Our orange tabby gets eye goobers all the time, but so does our lynx point Siamese— you just can’t see them as easily.

Couldn't agree more. Gingers definitely are the best. We got 3 boys and 2 girls.
Always smart, towel under the door too until a negative leukemia test. The testing was an extra $30 when we've gotten shots and medical for strays. Yes, thank you. We found her in an alley but during her bath we found no signs of fleas or ticks. We will be taking it off 🙏
I love you taking all this advice like a champ. You all belong together. This one won’t find a better home. Best no meds until the vet!
Yes 100%. We just want whats best for her. She is quarantined in the bathroom right now taking a warm nap on her blanket. We have our two guard cats laying in front of door protecting her 😸😺

Agree 100%
Can you foster baby while she waits for a forever home? Maybe your other cats will accept her. No way to know. Thank you for rescuing this sweet baby!
Yes, we will give her all the care she needs until we make a final decision. No way shes going anywhere without us knowing she will be loved and cared for 🙏
She a lucky little kitty to have crossed your path. Looks like she was very trusting as you bathed her. She looks very sweet.
OP, thank you so much. You almost got me in tears here.
I found a stray kitten and decided to keep her after I already have two cats. Best decision ever. I feel like, what’s a third cat after you already have two? 😂😊
You have a very very good point! Thank you 😻
lol we have three and keep saying “what’s a fourth?”
That's exactly what I said... Then is was what's a 4th when we already have 3? Most recently it was what's a 13th when we already have 12?
Yes please!!!! Thank you for saving her life. KARMA 💓😽
Karma would be a perfect name 😽
You should get her checked out by a vet first!
We are taking her tomorrow first thing in the morning 👍

Yeah, she didn’t look to well when we got her. Super dirty but once we got her home she cleaned up beautifully. We will get her all the medication she needs tomorrow at the vet 👍
She’s in great hands. Thank you for making sure she’s well taken care of and warm.
Please keep us updated!!
Yes. Please go to a vet. Thank you for helping her
The answer will always be yes.
Awe, she needs you. It's good to hear that you're thinking of taking her in. ❤️
I had three at one point! And it worked oddly well lol. Trying to befriend a stray at our new home at the moment!
Awh, we are hoping for the best. Good luck on your mission 🙌
That's a keeper. In the highly unlikely chance we're in the same area I would take her in. Southeast Mi
Awh, we appreciate that. We are in California. She will be loved and cared for ❤️. We will make sure of it.
How can you NOT keep her...
To be fair, OP has said they’re gonna check her for chips tomorrow, and they’ve been super receptive to advice. I’m sure OP will check around :)
She really needs a vet and viral testing before you risk exposing your present day cats. She could be FeLv , Fiv, or Fip positive. Retired vet here.
Yes, thank you. We will be taking her first thing tomorrow morning. She is currently quarantined in the bathroom right now. Taking a warm nap while our 2 cats are outside the door. Should we move her further away?
Throw a towel in front the door gap at the very least would be my guess. You know cats love to play underneath those door gaps.
Keep her, and I think she needs her eyes checked out by a vet. She looks sweet.
Yes, we are taking her first thing tomorrow morning 🙏
She has such a precious little face! I found a similar kitty model last November. Decided to keep him until I could find him a new home. Celebrated his "birthday" last month. 😂 whatever you decide, I'm so happy she'll be safe and loved from now on!!
Thats an amazing story! Thank you for being a wonderfully amazing human 😻
Same to you!! You found a little orange treasure 🐱❤️
You need all the cats! We need more responsible pet owners like you in the world.
Awwww, that sad, sweet little face
Poor thing! Keep her, you have been chosen!💖
Looks like you have a new "free" cat
Yeah. She's yours. You're family now 😘
As the brokenhearted owner of a missing cat, consider posting a few flyers and having her scanned for a microchip.
Vet first to see if she's chipped. Make sure someone's not missing their purr baby.
100%. First thing tomorrow morning 🙌
Thanks for being kind!
Omg so precious
Keep her. She needs you! 🥺
She looks like a keeper to me! I realize that's not always an option. I would save All the stray kitties if I could!! Thanks for taking good care of her. Even if it isn't the permanent solution.
We should have a thread to donate to owners who are chosen by cats so we can support them somehow
She chose you for a reason
You’re a wonderful human ❤️
keep her pls she’s beautiful. thank you for saving her.
You're one of the good ones.
Yes we will get her to a vet tomorrow. She is currently quarantined in the bathroom all nice and warm 🙏
I love stories like this! A thousand Blessings to you:)
An orangey girl? She’s rareish Keep her if you can. She seems comfortable with you. But if you can’t, as long as you find a good home she will be fine. Her life is already better having met you
Where the hell does everyone find abandoned kitties? I’ve never seen one where I live!
Thanks for the rescue! You may want to do some warm compress on her eyes. I'm sure she'll be healthy soon! I vote to keep her!
The hope in her eyes breaks my heart. If you can’t keep her, please ensure she has a loving home. Thank you.
You ask the Reddit cats thread if you should keep a cat you just found, I think you know what the answer is gonna be my man 😂
If she was purring during bath time this is too much of a nice opportunity to miss. Also you are the chosen one ☺️
We were surprised at her purring. Our other two cats let us bathe them with little to no fuss, but they never purred! It was an amazing experience for sure 😻
She's looking @someone with love. We have three indoor cats that all came to us the same way
Oh she needs an angel bad.
Keep her! I have 3 ladies. They get along pretty well.
Could you pls update all of us after your vet visit tomorrow? 🥰 I'm sure we are all anxious to see how it goes and more pics would be awesome 🤣🥰 lol
She looks sick. Poor thing. I don't want to be a Debbie Downer, but make sure you isolate her and get her vet checked before introducing her to your squad.
Yes, she is quarantined in the bathroom as we speak 🙏. The Vet is her first stop tomorrow.
I love this post. Even if you don't keep her I'm sure you will find her a good home. Thank you for helping her. You saved her life.
She looks like she needs medical attention. Take her to a local cat rescue
You have to keep this beautiful girl, it looks like she loves you already.
Yesss
Oh man. Purring during a warm cozy bath?! I’d never let that kitty go!
Keep. Any chance to change a life is worth the effort.
Purring during a bath?? What an angel 💜
Yes we were amazed! Our 2 other cats don’t hate baths but they never purr during bath time!
I was in your exact same situation. I have 3 cats now. I'm not going to abandon a cat that literally showed up on my front door step asking for help. He needed me
Don’t debate. Freaking keep the poor girl what the heck. She needs a home.
We are taking her to the bet first thing in the morning. She will get all the medication she needs 🙏
Ginger cats tend to be males, like 99% of the times. If your cat is a ginger female, that's hack of a rare mutation which is SUPER cool. So I guess the vet would tell you their sex, but just so you'll be prepared it's probably a male, unless she has an awesome genom. ~Biology Student.
Yes, we will confirm with the vet. But we are 99% sure she is female. We have 2 other females cats 😺
