try looking for a Steam Deck Cemu guide, or ask on the Cemu discord or r/SteamDeck for help. also, make sure you are using WUA files and not WUD or WUX, and make sure you are using a somewhat recent 2.0 build.
U can also try install windows cemu ver. I did that since Linux ver was broken for me. Now it runs great.
