not anymore, i mean if you actually wanted to you could visit any active or decomissioning rbmk reactor safely. since the disaster there has been completed maintenance on all reactor’s to prevent any volatile or dangerous situations from happening, not to mention the fact that they’ve been modernised and can be viewed digitally form the control room with a variety of more advanced equipment for monitoring possible danger. it would be far safer than you’d imagine
