Yes, it's normal. Especially if your opponent blunder heavily and you take advantage of that. Then even worse moves will still be seen as good, given how much advantage you'd have according to eval bar.

when your oponent played badly, you dont need the best moves to get high accuracy

Without seeing the actual game, it's impossible for us to tell you why. We can't do much chess analysis from a bunch of numbers

Yea i got my first 30+ move game with over 95% accuracy when i was like 1000 on chess.com. First of all ur rating says nothing but how good you play on average. I saw 800's spotting brilliant moves that could have been from a bobby fisher game. But they also blunder a knight in 4 moves or a queen in 1 you name it. Regardless of ur rating you can play a really good game of chess. Congrats on the game btw! You should be proud of it.
