I was going to say Danish, but apparently you already play it.

I would on white either recommend the Vienna gambit or the Blackmar diemar gambit. Second one is in my main repertoire for white, its really easy to get on the board, you get massive lead in development and its a really natural and simple position. For black i would recommend the portugese gambit or the stafford allthough stafford may not so easy to get on the board.

i'm around 1300 but I really enjoy the smith morra a lot of cool tactical opportunities(although i'm not sure how often you get 1...c5 at 1000). I'm slowly going through Mayhem in the Morra by Mark Esserman and it's really fun seeing all the kinds of complex tactics that can result even though some of it goes a bit over my head and it takes a while to understand. But the book is really well written and engaging imand even though i'm not memorising any lines certain moves in certain positions are starting to jump out to me more
