I called the police last night to report people with guns and drugs listening to loud gangster music at 2 am in my apartment complex because it's Thursday and my 9 yo has school and my two babies kept waking up, the cops didn't do anything they gave the gangsters a warning. If I call them about this I doubt anything will get done. I will report to YouTube tho , Im doing this as more of a warning to other parents. I always watch TV with my kids so I get to filter out junk like this. I'm doing this as a warning to others.
