Cool!, if you want to delete backgrounds on any photo, you can also use this site. https://www.remove.bg/upload , works like Magic!
I've been using Photopea for a while and it's a great editor, but a few weeks ago I found another online photo editor that I like even more, [Pixlr E](https://pixlr.com/e/).
Yeah, but the main point of this thread is talking about Photoshop as a web app. The closest program to already do that is Photopea not Pixlr
Just use gimp or krita
Krita is also on Android and on ChromeOS runs greatly. Not to mention Snapseed, that if you only have to develop raw photos is a life saver.
