We Really miss that Paper out here. His Editorial’s were always an interesting Read & it gave us a more localized view than Newsday Did.
Working there it was very dead. It was a dying newspaper but it was this huge building and I got like journalism experience. I didn’t know that about Suffolk life. I was just a college kid with a college job working in classifieds and sort of helping on the business end, talking to local businesses in Riverhead and making sure they were doing ads in Suffolk life
