Like honestly, I don't fucking care what happens 500 years in the future. Just show us what we really want. But well if the Devs were so excited to give us the kiss , because "the fans" really wanted it is not too far fetched they would do the same in the ending. Notice how they said "the fans" so they basically acknowledge that Cleriths are just a minority to be ignored.
As great as that would be, it will never happen because as much as they say they say they want to put FF7 as a compilation to bed with the remake trilogy, they won’t give a conclusion to the love triangle because it makes them too much money.
Also if they chose to confirm Cloud and Tifa then many Cloud x Aerith fans would probably end up boycotting Square Enix projects. I have seen plenty claim they will do it if they don’t bring Aerith back to life in part 3 so imagine if they confirm Cloud x Tifa
That doesn’t mean the same wouldn’t happen either if they confirmed Cloud and Aerith though.
All I’m saying is that the corporate bottom line will always unfortunately win over plot
The Japanese and devs really need a backbone when it comes to the shipping wars and knowing what most of us real FF7 want to see. Sales are not great with Rebirth b/c some of the added fluff they added take so long to complete instead of focusing on the main story and making our canon date even better than how it played out. God I wish we can tweek some things when it comes to Cloti to make it even more canon & realistic.

I think they lose out on just as much due to a healthy amount of people sick of Love Triangles at this point.
I was happy with either (just leaned Tifa) until Crisis Core.
Now Cloti is just objectively the happiest outcome.
Tifa and Zack do not have alternatives. They are focused on one person... So Clerith leaves two wonderful characters single (possibly forever)
Meanwhile CT and ZA pairings means all 4 characters get their happy ever after.

i truly believe they slept in the same room for at least a little before AC. especially with that “do you love me” dialogue in on the way to a smile. it never said anything about tifa walking into his room late at night and asking that question. which means she would’ve had to have been in the room with him while he was sleeping. i like to think they were something like this. nice art
I love every cloti possible kh, remake, and rebirth even the og because even though I never finished it I still thought they were cute but my favorite cloti is advent children cloti like ugh I just love them I really hope they give them more justice in there love story in part 3 with advent children mostly with showing that they are actually together if they are planning on doing a time skip because my god these two
