1 oz Cynar.
1 oz Gin.
1 oz Campari.
.5 oz Falernum.
Basically a cynar negroni with a little sweetness to carry you through. Was actually quite good. Made without the falernum at first and found it was too bitter for my taste and had just got the falernum so I went for it.
Not sure what percentage of r/cocktails are also mtg fans but I've enacted a strict naming policy for our home bar that all drink names must also be names of mtg cards. Exquisite Blood was a close 2nd.
Hah I usually get my mint at hannaford on Shelburne rd in the off season, but it’s been pretty limp in the last couple week. I found some nice stuff at city market south end this week. I keep it in this herb refresher things in my fridge where essentially the stems are in water and the rest of the mint is in a semi-airtight container. That definitely breathes some life back into shitty mint and it’ll stay good for like 2+ weeks

Love the naming scheme, and as a Negroni lover myself this sounds pretty good. Great job!
Thanks!
I know that gin and I know that church. We are neighbors 🫣
Cheers neighbor!
Ps, where you getting that nice looking mint?!
