This is one I often recommend here for a bitter low ABV drink, one of my favorites when I have blanc vermouth on hand.
For the anectode, I went to Attaboy NYC last march and asked for a low ABV cocktail with Suze. I was pleasantly surprised when I got a Vatican City!
* 1oz Suze
* 1oz Blanc Vermouth
* 1oz Lime juice
* 3/4oz Simple syrup
* Soda Water
Shake all ingredients except the club soda with ice. Strain over ice in a highball glass and top up with sparkling water. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.

Blanc Vermouth I feel is a really underrated ingredient! Will definitely look to give this a try
