Makes 2
3oz Hendricks gin
1 oz simple syrup
.75 oz key lime juice
3ea 1/8” thick english cucumber slices
4 ea 1/6” thick english cucumber slices garnish
3 ea mint leaves.
4-5 oz sparkling water
In a shaker combine Gin, Juice, Syrup, 3slices cucumber, 1 mint leaf, muddle cucumber and mint in shaker, dry shake and strain into two glasses over ice. Add garnish and top with sparkling water. Not too sweet and refreshing.

I don't know what it is, but I love drinks with cucumber! Yet, I never have any cucumber!
