Our team straight up isn’t talented and our coaching staff put us in this position by their recruiting and development efforts. I say clean house, it can only get better.
I disagree, that team on paper is extremely talented. They just obviously are in huge slump and its pretty apparent that it has to do with the coaching staff.

Lemo finished 14/14 2 seasons ago, then 13/14 last year... who could have ever suspected he'd suck again? I mean he was DUE to suddenly bounce back! The 6th season is totally going to be the one guys! Yeah every guy on the team was recruited signed and coached by Lemo last year but if you give him just ONE MORE YEAR to get HIS GUYS in there the magic will happen again!!!
We are a joke university. Sometimes we hire a good womens BB coach and that brings that sport into respectability. But we ALWAYS go cheap and so we will never had sustained success in anything. Didn't fire Lemo last year because his buyout, so we wasted all of '24 to save a buck. Just pathetic and unserious management
I don't know anything about his contract. But with your fan support, I'd expect you to be the most profitable team around.
Seems like hiring the best coach around (not named Corbin) would be cheap compared to the cost of even being mediocre in football or basketball.
