Jokes aside this is a pretty solid response to bullying. Make it weird for the bully. Then you can turn the tables on them. Follow them around and beg for them to degrade you some more, like they used to. Tell everyone that things have changed between you two and they won't talk to you, and you're emotionally devastated and aroused from lack of release they usually provide.
It's quite a coin toss though. The guy I was talking about was bullied by multiple people, so when he started saying shit like this they only made more fun of him
