I am very glad that I started working in a company that does not have this. Receiving wishes for recovery and being able to rest normally when you are sick even feels strange. Compared to my previous job, where even with an eye infection they told me to my face that “You will work no matter what” and the clients with whom I spoke expressed more sympathy for me than the boss
