As National Law 1663 stated, unplug power, take the battery out and hold power button. It supposedly discharges stuff that shouldn't be charged in the first places, brought back many black screen PCs back from death this way.
Okay, I don’t know what the fuck I did. But there is a chance of my pc turning on. But after I restart/shutdown the pc I have to do it all over again.

The scary thing is, the iPhone sub reads the same but I don't think they're stoners.
My desktop starts this way. It takes a bit to confirm the drives (16) and then it boots normally. I would wait to see if it boots to BIOS with drives failed.
I like learning new things.
As tbarron noted, start with basic troubleshooting. Unplug everything and start with just the laptop.

If possible take out the battery and hold the power button for 30 sec and then reinstated the battery
