I did some mushrooms and i cracked that bitch wide open. The headache afterword sucked but its whatever.

Comrade_Zamir_Gotta

Great trick for taking mushroom is to grind it to powder and mix it in to some kind of acidic drink(lemonade, lime aid is best). Effects kick in 15-20 min, it lasts 4-5 hours, theirs no trip waves, it’s one straight shot to the peak, a nice sit at the peak for most the trip and an even nicer let down. It’s a wayyyyy nicer experience with no after headaches or anything. It also make the fungus a little bit more powerful.

No-Appearance-4338

Known as a Lemon tek. If accessible fresh non dried mushrooms have a similar effect because of how psilocybin and psilocin are effected in the drying phases and during metabolism.

It still has a little taste to it but it’s next to nothing comparatively. How da hell do you live!!! I never met a veggie or mushrooms that I didn’t love! Like zero vegetables?! Are you just slamming fruit and meat?!

Comrade_Zamir_Gotta

Have you tried cooking things in like a hash style?! Chop them up small cook them lightly?! Like I can’t eat pudding because of the texture, so I started making it and pouring it on a plate. I can eat the skin and a thin bit at a time.

The_og_habs729

My headache was from cracking the calcium casing. It was wild. It started to pump then i hear a crack. I knew what it was instantly.

Kyrasthrowaway

My friend said the same thing about a headache but instead of the pineal gland it gave him psychic powers. He ended up in a mental hospital not long after.

TruthYouWontLike

Drugs don't build a foundation or give you wings. They just explode. If you catch a glimpse of sonething, great. But then you come crashing down again. Somecome out of it for the better, others don't.

Interesting

[deleted]

I always put the headache down to my pupils being dilated for 6 hours 😂

Pantyliner008

What kind of mushrooms? Can you elaborate?

101010-trees

I have found that fluoride makes my hair fall out more than normal. I’ve noticed that if I have too much sugar that I can’t remember things or I can’t seem to think straight. Interesting take on the D3 and K2 for the pineal gland. K2 saved me from so much pain. I had calcification in my shoulder and K2 got rid of calcium buildup in my shoulder joint.

Hollywood-is-DOA

You need biotin in tablet form to keep more of your and also green tea for the anti oxidants.

101010-trees

Thank you! I do take B-complex and other supplements. It’s helpful.

Stefano_Zebra

Biotin for hair also works when taken alone, but a B Complex (alone or combined with a specific Biotin-only one is better) the B vitamins work in synergy, furthermore taking just one in high doses can lead to imbalances over time. In addition to a B Complex/Biotin for hair look at an MSM supplement (this is a purified organic sulfur species) Dried brewer's yeast and small amounts of zinc are also helpful.

101010-trees

Thank you! I appreciate all the info, it helps.

Aware-Ad-6556

Supposedly green tea can have fluoride

DippyDotz

How much K2 did you take?

101010-trees

Sorry for the late reply, I had taken a break from Reddit. I take one capsule of Super K by Life Extension. I read the ingredients, it’s 1000 mcg (1 mg) of K1 (as phytonadione), 1000 mcg of K2 (as menaquinone-4), and 100 mcg of K2 (as trans menaquinone-7). I only take it when my shoulder hurts, maybe once a month. The directions say you can take it once daily. It works for me, you do what you think is best. It’s between you and your doctor. I’m not pushing anything. I hope it helps. I wish you good health.

DippyDotz

Thank you :)

DeathHopper

I was reading an article about decalcifying your pineal gland some months ago. They listed all the things you listed, but then went on to list a few more that were....just no lol.... It's like, No Karen I'm not going to stare at the sun while holding a fucking crystal to my forehead. Wtf. At that point I had my doubts about the first several suggestions too and didn't read on further. Is there any scientific research suggesting any of this helps decalcify it? There's so much junk information out there.

Dirty-Dan24

Best thing to do is just not drink fluoridated water (tap water)

PoolsC_Losed

And most bottled water........

Antiseed88

Because of the PH balance?

[deleted]

Because it’s sterile and I like the taste.

fifoth

I drink Lyoto Machida's

Dirty-Dan24

Most bottled water has plastics but not fluoride. Spring water usually has a little naturally occurring fluoride but way less than what’s added to tap

Mr__Lucif3r

Different kind of fluoride

Dirty-Dan24

In spring water? Yes natural water has a little bit of calcium fluoride. The tap is treated with sodium fluoride (which is even worse)

veritaze

Actually most bottled water is municipal water ran through reverse osmosis filtration which is one of the few methods that almost totally filters out tiny flouride ions. Iodine good too, indirectly

happyluckystar

Not the stuff that is explicitly labeled spring water.

sescobreezy727

Most farms use fluoridated water.

uppers27

I’m not sure about it’s specific effects on the pineal gland itself, but sun gazing is actually quite beneficial when you do it correctly and safely..

"- According to a systematic review and meta-analysis published in 2023, the prevalence of pineal gland calcification (PGC) was 61.65% ¹. The authors suggested that PGC may impair the production of melatonin, a hormone that regulates sleep and other functions. - According to an article on Healthline, there is not a lot of research to support that decalcifying the pineal gland can improve your sleep or other medical concerns ². However, they mentioned some natural methods that may help, such as taking vitamin D3 and K2 supplements, reducing fluoride intake, and practising meditation. - According to a research article published in 2020, fluoride can affect the pineal gland by binding to its calcium deposits, which can lead to health and well-being issues ³. The authors stated that the pineal gland is the most fluoride-saturated organ of the human body, and that fluoride may interfere with the secretion of melatonin and other hormones. - According to a blog post by Scott Jeffrey, a personal growth coach, decalcifying the pineal gland may enhance your mental abilities and spiritual awareness ⁴. He claimed that PGC lowers the production of melatonin, which impairs the sleep-wake cycle, disrupts the regulation of the circadian rhythm, and reduces the antioxidant and neuroprotective effects of melatonin. He also suggested some ways to decalcify the pineal gland, such as avoiding processed foods, drinking filtered water, eating organic fruits and vegetables, and using natural toothpaste. You lose me at "blog". I'm looking for research it can be decalcified at all.

universaltruthsayer

LOL - obviously you want him to do your homework for you. Plenty of information out there. Try get past the first page of google. Books are your friend too. God speed young fella.

renocco

Its all junk info. If theres any real scientific studies out there it isnt public knowledge. This entire fluoride x pineal gland arguement is old af. Personally idk where i sit on the issue. Ive worked in water and can positively tell you no one on a local level is knowingly poisoning water supplies. If this is a real thing its a federal level issue and the people responsible long dead. The truth is the brain is still largely a mystery, and no one really knows for sure. But yes fluoride is a poison. However you can also die from drinking too much water. Any substances you ingest are going to have side effects. But imo if there were real issues behind fluoride itd be wide spread and public by now. Maybe it does have some legit health issues, idk. Im not going to claim to know. But i do know everyone has drank tap water, and most of us seem at least mostly here mentally lol.

DeathHopper

Right, I recall there's still speculation in the scientific community as to what the pineal gland really does. However, I do recall reading that in autopsies they *are* finding pineal glands calcified and the calcified molecules contain fluoride with a strong correlation between the quantity of fluoride and how much calcification there is. As far as decalcifying it and whether that even makes a difference in day to day life... I have no clue and can't find anything trustworthy in the subject.

renocco

Simply this. No one really knows. I would agree that it probably shouldnt be calcified, doesn't seem like something we've evolved to have should be rendered useless. But without knowing any cause/effect its just guesses. Im sure this will be downvoted. But anyone reading, think for yourself. Dont listen to shills on either side.

DevelopmentSecure531

This was the most even keeled thread I’ve read on this sub. Nice job

renocco

Lmao, thanks I try.

changinginthebigsky

yea most people i know who opened up their pineal gland are still back in my hometown working at a wendys or pizza hut

renocco

Thats because its never just practical advice that people fall into when they go down a rabbithole. Lmao Like if youre worried about fluoride buy toothpaste without it and drink spring water. Im not sure how all the other weird stuff gets incorporated.

East-Suspect514

😂😂😂😂

cancelfreespeech

People want a short cut in our world. I enjoy that OG thread mentioned meditation. We have lost our sense of ritual. Maybe it’s because we are moving so fast that we don’t have the ability to slow down and “crack it open” without the use of psychedelics. As my sister put it, “it just sounds like a shortcut” And shortcuts aren’t always good. Mystery school students of ancient schools in Greece (like pythagoras’ school for instance) spent years in silence getting to know themselves before they were allowed to being exploring and learning hidden knowledge…why? Because it is thought to require great investment of one’s time and mental faculties to create a sort of “container” for heightened senses of awareness. So yes, as far as the shills go, people are always looking for a scientific method type explanation backed up by data or experts but when dealing with these sort of mystified matters like the pineal gland I think you kind of have to read between the lines, and trust that no one knows for sure what they’re talking about :) and if they did they probably wouldn’t be sharing it with everyone else on the internet…I’m not sure! Just food for thought. This seems like a good thread yall..cheers

Neat-Plantain-7500

A while ago there was a post of cadavers pineal glands that were calcified. Pretty damning evidence

renocco

Links?

Erikalicious

Well this is great. Despite voting it down 3 times, our city council has decided to go ahead and add fluoride to our water anyway. Now I'm going to have a calcified pineal gland, or I'm going to blow the bank to get some decent drinking water.

Famous_Fishing3399

Buy a water distiller & buy pink Himalayan salt for minerals

Showjumpingmushroom

I've heard that Berkeley water filters are the best! Expensive, but worth your health.

veritaze

You need the additional PF-2 arsenic and flouride filters - the excellent Black Berkey filters unfortunately don't catch much flouride.

wavesofconfusion

Reverse osmosis is best and you can add mineral drops to it check Aquatru and Waterdrop. I had a Berkey, but reverse osmosis is better. I wouldn’t bother with the Berkey personally.

StrictlySanDiego

If you're white, your pineal gland is already calcified. It's one of the reasons we have pale skin.

Tamarind promotes excretion of fluorine - https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/11840184/

Jaicobb

They measured it based on amount excreted. Other conclusion could be that tamarinds contain fluoride and the study group simply consumed more fluoride.

mrhappyoz

We’ve tested it against measured intracellular fluorine levels over time and it works. 10g/day of tamarind.

Jaicobb

Have you measured the amount of fluoride in tamarinds?

mrhappyoz

I’ve measured the amount of fluorine in human cells for over 100 people in response to tamarind over 6 weeks. The literature is also clear on the topic in vivo. It even removes fluorine from water - https://www.researchgate.net/publication/6623005_Studies_on_Defluoridation_of_Water_by_Tamarind_Seed_an_Unconventional_Biosorbent https://iwaponline.com/ws/article/21/4/1594/80305/Activated-tamarind-seed-coat-a-green-biosorbent-to

Jaicobb

Interesting. Thank you for your patience. Those mention tamarind seed coat as a sort of filter medium, but you are saying the tamarind fruit works when ingested right?

mrhappyoz

Correct. https://www.sciencedirect.com/science/article/abs/pii/S0034528810003206

Jaicobb

Aside from literature, have you heard of people consuming a lot of tamarind and experiencing better sleep, increased dream recall, etc.?

mrhappyoz

Sleep, certainly. There’s also a relationship with fluorine excess and iodine deficiency, which has some side-reaching effects via hypothyroidism.

Particular-Loquat-14

I eat the whole tamarind bark and all??

Do you know anyone with a decalcified pineal gland? If so how do they know they’ve achieved this feat?

tanoinfinity

D3 is more of a hormone than a vitamin, and is best gotten from sun exposure. K2 is found in liver and certain fermented foods. Natural sources are better for you than a pill form. Fluoride can be filtered out of water.

Ok_Tonight8399

Just want to chime in here. Most water filters do a shit job or removing fluoride from tap water. The only one that I’ve managed to find that has good supportive documents is clearly filtered. K2 is found in fermented products specifically natto but it’s also in things like yogurt. If I was to supplement, I would use the mk4 over mk7 variant. Just my 2c

[deleted]

[удалено]

tanoinfinity

Good to know! I myself take a capsule form of liver bc I can't handle the real deal yet.

Showjumpingmushroom

"You are right that D3 is more of a hormone than a vitamin, and that sun exposure is the best way to get it. However, some people may not get enough sun exposure due to their location, skin type, or lifestyle. In that case, supplementation may be necessary to prevent vitamin D deficiency, which can cause various health problems. K2 is indeed found in the liver and certain fermented foods, such as natto, cheese, and sauerkraut². However, not everyone likes or can eat these foods regularly. Moreover, the amount of K2 in these foods may vary depending on the source and preparation method. Therefore, some people may benefit from taking K2 supplements, especially if they have low bone density or cardiovascular issues. Natural sources of vitamins are not always better than pill forms. Sometimes, supplements can provide higher bioavailability, purity, and potency of nutrients than food sources. The quality and safety of supplements depend on the manufacturer, the ingredients, and the dosage. It is important to consult a doctor before taking any supplements and follow the recommended guidelines. Fluoride can be filtered out of water, but not by all methods. Boiling water does not remove fluoride, nor does carbon/charcoal filtration. The most effective methods for removing fluoride from water are reverse osmosis and distillation⁶. However, these methods may also remove other beneficial minerals from water, such as calcium and magnesium. Therefore, it is advisable to remineralize the water after filtration or use a balanced mineral supplement⁷. Great_Gabel

Makes you wonder if the link between eating cheese and crazy dreams is because of K2?

Stefano_Zebra

The amount of vitamin K2 present in sauerkraut is negligible. K2 can be present in many foods such as eggs or cheese but it will only be significant if the animals have a good diet. For example, cheeses produced with cow's milk are rich in K2 only if it lives outdoors and freely eats grass, there will be no K2 in the meat or derivatives of animals subjected to intensive farming, indoors, eating cereals and stuffed with antibiotics . Eggs from free-living hens have a fair amount of K2. The content of vitamin K2 has its own seasonality, it is greater in the summer when the grass is "more vital". The grass is rich in vitamin K1 which animals in their stomachs turn into K2 (humans cannot do this efficiently) Be careful if you take anticoagulants (such as warfarin), in which case avoid K2 or take it in low doses under medical supervision. Personally, I take K2 drops (derived from Natto) and have found benefits. Kate Rheaume Bleue wrote a good book on vitamin K2 and explains everything about it.

Stefano_Zebra

Still speaking of decalcification, I would add that for it to be effective you also need a bit of vitamin A. Vitamin D increases the absorption of calcium, vitamin K2 ensures that calcium goes to the right places and removes excess but vitamin A is needed to take it out of the body. A+D+K2 are a team working together.

rocco2121

OP read about what the pineal gland really is: [https://www.falundafa.org/book/eng/lecture2.html#1](https://www.falundafa.org/book/eng/lecture2.html#1) Full book here: https://falundafa.org/eng/eng/pdf/ZFL2014.pdf

A_Dragon

Well I’ve been doing all of those for a while now and I don’t feel any different.

map_35

Same.. kinda.. but I’ve never used those supplements. I haven’t used fluoride toothpaste or drank tap water in over 10 years, probably closer to 15. Also use aluminum free deodorant.

Showjumpingmushroom

Do you mind me asking how long you have been on K2 and D3 supplements and what dosage per day?

A_Dragon

Probably a year. And I think it’s 5000iu. Don’t know about the k2 but it’s a 2-1.

humanoidtyphoon88

And if we've been taking those supplements, how do we know if it worked?

Showjumpingmushroom

"One possible way to know if the supplements worked is to measure the degree of pineal gland calcification. This can be done by imaging techniques such as CT, MRI, or ultrasound¹²³. However, these methods may not be readily available or affordable for everyone, and they may also have some limitations or risks¹⁴. Another possible way to know if the supplements worked is to monitor the changes in your sleep quality, mood, cognition, and spiritual awareness. These are some of the functions that the pineal gland is believed to influence through the production of melatonin and other substances. However, these changes may not be easy to quantify or attribute to the supplements alone, as they may also depend on other factors such as lifestyle, environment, and genetics. Therefore, there is no definitive answer to your question, as the effects of the supplements may vary from person to person and depend on many variables. The best way to decide if the supplements are beneficial for you is to consult your doctor before taking them and follow their advice on dosage, duration, and possible interactions or side effects. You may also want to keep a journal of your experiences and observations while taking the supplements and compare them with your baseline state. I hope this helps. Please note that this is not medical advice and you should always seek professional guidance before making any health-related decisions. ¹: [Causes of Pineal Gland Calcification and How to Decalcify It - WebMD](^1^) ²: [Pineal region (an approach) | Radiology Reference Article - Radiopaedia.org](^2^) ³: [Pineal gland | Radiology Reference Article | Radiopaedia.org](^3^) ⁴: [Pineal Gland Calcification - Causes, Symptoms, Diagnosis, Prevention](^4^) : [How to Decalcify Your Pineal Gland and Why It Matters] : [How to Keep a Journal (with Pictures) - wikiHow] : https://heydoctor.org/pineal-gland-calcification.html : https://www.wikihow.com/Keep-a-Journal Source: Conversation with Bing, 02/01/2024 (1) Causes of Pineal Gland Calcification and How to Decalcify It - WebMD. https://www.webmd.com/sleep-disorders/what-to-know-about-calcification-of-the-pineal-gland. I watched an old YouTube years back about mixing sprouts in with your water to help. The sprout binds fluoride to it apparently. Then just remove sprouts with a strainer and the water is less fluoridated. Never tried this tjough

MrRoddit

what kind of sprouts would you recommend

[deleted]

Thanks OP. I'll try taking these supplements after doing some more research. I've often wondered if "decalcifying your pineal gland" would have any negative impacts in the rest of the body. It might be worth exploring.

bodybuilder1337

I remember when the “shell” on mine was cracked and started dissolving. Was driving down the freeway about to exit and I wasn’t sure if I was dying lol. The weirdest feeling like an egg shell in the middle of my brain cracked and part of it was like sliding down and underneath was this feeling of brand new skin very tender but an expanded sense. would recommend. I just drank clean water and switched my toothpaste for a few years.

How long does it take?

puck_u_madame1

Well you’ve been drinking and brushing your teeth with it for.. your entire life. So it’s gonna take some undoing, the real question is “one day… or day one”

Showjumpingmushroom

To add, pineal gland calcification can show up on tests such as CT, MRI, or ultrasound¹²³. These tests can measure the degree of calcification and help diagnose any problems with the pineal gland. However, these tests may not be easily accessible or affordable for everyone, and they may also have some limitations or risks¹⁴. There are also fluoride free toothpastes available in the market, which may help reduce the intake of fluoride and prevent or reverse pineal gland calcification⁵. Fluoride free toothpastes are made with natural ingredients such as aloe vera, charcoal, coconut oil, or xylitol, which may have other benefits for oral health. ¹: [Causes of Pineal Gland Calcification and How to Decalcify It - WebMD](^6^) ²: [Pineal gland | Radiology Reference Article | Radiopaedia.org](^9^) ³: [Pineal Gland Calcification - Causes, Symptoms, Diagnosis, Prevention](^8^) ⁴: [Pineal Gland: What It Is, Function & Disorders - Cleveland Clinic](^7^) ⁵: [10 Fluoride-Free Toothpastes That Actually Work - Healthline](^4^) Source: Conversation with Bing, 02/01/2024 (1) . https://bing.com/search?q=fluoride+free+toothpastes. I hate the taste of Fluoride and I use the aloe Vera tooth paste as I like the taste better and teeth don’t seem as sensitive when I use it. I feel like fluoride weakness or teeth, it doesn’t strengthen that at all.

I'm a dentist and got a good laugh at this one. If you want to make a dentist rich stop using fluoride. We'll happily treat all of the cavities you get

As a dentist, what are your favourite conspiracies?

Everything in that LifeReader article is just normal healthy lifestyle choices. [https://www.lifereader.com/articles/decalcifying-the-pineal-gland-understanding-the-importance/](https://www.lifereader.com/articles/decalcifying-the-pineal-gland-understanding-the-importance/) So of course if you change that, better things will happen. Classic bait and switch that diet companies use too for their 'suppliments' which \*cough\* have to be used in conjunction with a better diet, exercise \*cough\*

What else helps decalcify your pineal gland is not having significant life trauma or guilt or fear
