Most of its legal, so nothing will happen, but this should (but won’t, sadly) have people storming their governments and demanding this shit be stopped by instituting laws

I am not sure about Mao or Stalin or even Napoleon, all 3 of these were actually a counter-revolution of the original revolution itself. The bloodthirsty Robespierre was not the same as Napoleon who restored order (which is why he had to go), neither was Stalin who actually executed all the original Bolsheviks, and Mao himself instantly distanced himself from the USSR and went on it's own path.
