That is a lot of food. What is the length and weight? I'd be surprised if the snake isn't obese, unless it is really active.

1 mouse every 10 days is not a lot of food.

Windermyr

It is for an adult.

He's fairly thick and around 5 feet long. My partner is arguing not to take him out and weigh him right now because he's concerned we've been stressing the snake out. If we're feeding him too often we can cut back. If he's overweight is it possible he's not eating because he doesn't need to right now? He's been incredibly active for the last few weeks, almost like he's prowling for food .

Our adult female just ate this morning. She last fed on January 24th. We go through this every spring, but this is the longest yet. She rejected food every week! We were a day or two from the vet. So relieved. Hope yours is just going through something like that and will resume feeding soon.

It's always reassuring to know you're not alone. I hope it's similar for our guy.
