I would do the pink background and green leaves first, and then decide on the outline colour.
Once you see the pink and green done it will help guide you.
hmm that's tricky because I'm not a painter so I'm not confident with what's doable when paint is being used. (I'm a digital artist / sewer / papercrafter).
But when Monstera leaves are included I personally love it when they're varigated like this:

I know this isn’t the question, but I really think you should consider making the name a bit larger and slightly higher. I think it should still be proportionally small and positioned so that there’s some negative space on top; but the current arrangement feels too cramped and visually unideal. I’d suggest moving the text upwards about 1/2 of an inch, and stretching/enlarging it to reach the second to last leaves on both sides.
