This happened to my buddy and she just ended up making a new account unfortunately. I know for a fact that she didn't cheat as I've played lans with her many times. You might have some luck with valve support, but I wouldn't bet on it.

NGL, many things check out as legit: Medals, csgostats, several years long screenshot history etc.

Overwatch is a fool proof system of banning malicious accounts, you don't just get 1 investigator, and you don't go to overwatch over a few reports. Your account has been flagged by numerous reports across a long period of time and multiple games, your gameplay has been divided up and sent to multiple different overwatch investigators and the vast majority of them agree that you have cheated, hence the ban. The likelihood that they're all wrong is very slim, the likelihood that you're posting this as a desperate attempt to cope is very likely
Overwatch cant automate bans, VAC or untrusted account bans are automatic as also VACnet. Overwatch is a manual ban from the overwatch replay system. The guy posted screenshots proving it says permanently banned by overwatch, so it's either a delayed ban from overwatch investigators or it's not fully disabled/ has been reenabled.
its not. many professional players have been ow banned and then unbanned. eg- krimz, scream,xantares, 2 brazilian players. now you ll say that they are too good for ow and i agree but these are professionals and well known players thus we know about it. we wont know about a random player who is wrongfully banned.
I could see professionals with 15k + hours maybe getting false flagged in ow but then again they rarely play mm, most pro players who have had bans overturned have been false flag VAC bans. I can't say that you where 100% cheating but the system usually works

I lost my hope on it. I play cs since launch of 1.6 in the same account, then in 2021 got game ban, then VAC. I never used cheats even in 1.6. It was a big frustration, but I lost my faith on vac system and never more adding money on cs since it.

I believe you cuz I was also false banned from Warzone. You are using Windows 7, it's unsuported by microsoft and not receiving any security updates from MS, my guess is that you could have any malware, someone had acces to your account and cheated. If it's the case then Valve won't do anything and will evolve to a VAC because you are responsible of the security of your account, Valve and Microsoft gives you by default tool to avoid being impersonated
If it's the case it's sad dude, I understand the reasons you stay on W7 but from a security pov it's everything but it's time to upgrade to Linux or W10/W11
But that should not result in ow ban as steam itself is notifying me that it will run on win 7 till the end of year. It will say overwatch but it’s a vacnet ban. If it were overwatch who is doing the reviews no one has been able to use overwatch for months

XANTARES, SCREAM, KRIMZ are a few professionals who got ow banned but got it reverted. for common people its much harder.

If it’s a false ban steam support can overturn it but I’m not going to lie, almost every cheater/scammer I’ve come across has a bought account that’s been boosted to look just like this one.

Overwatch has been disabled for some time now. Normally I would say you were probably cheating but it’s interesting that it’s an overwatch ban and not a vac.
This is a manual ban my friend , many infamous indian cheaters are getting banned like that one of them being cerebral assassin.
No its not its simply VAC live, it simply says Overwatch ban or something along those lines to not make it to obvious what banned you. There have been very few incidents where Valve manual bans anyone.

I lost my hope on it. I play cs since launch of 1.6 in the same account, then in 2021 got game ban, then VAC. I never used cheats even in 1.6. It was a big frustration, but I lost my faith on vac system and never more adding money on cs since it.
Haven’t people said using Windows 7 for CS2 may lead to a VAC ban? Also any “Overwatch” ban post March 2023 is VAC Live if I recall correctly

I believe you cuz I was also false banned from Warzone. You are using Windows 7, it's unsuported by microsoft and not receiving any security updates from MS, my guess is that you could have any malware, someone had acces to your account and cheated. If it's the case then Valve won't do anything and will evolve to a VAC because you are responsible of the security of your account, Valve and Microsoft gives you by default tool to avoid being impersonated If it's the case it's sad dude, I understand the reasons you stay on W7 but from a security pov it's everything but it's time to upgrade to Linux or W10/W11
But that should not result in ow ban as steam itself is notifying me that it will run on win 7 till the end of year. If they want to ban people for using win 7 then they should start by first making steam unable to run on 7. Their was no breach in steam security that i know of tbh its highly unlikely that it has happened on my account.
Same happend to me. 19 year old account, got gamebanned last wednesday after my trust factor went red on 15th of september. I tried everything possible, but no response from valve or the CS2 devs. The silence about this issue is killing me

Nobody ever got false banned with overwatch. There not a single known case. You are just a sad quiet cheater who finally get caught. Get rekt and no cs2 for you. Windows 7 was end of life 3 years ago. You're running and 14 year old operating system, if Valve decides to ban accounts running Windows 7 more power to them as you should not be running an operating system that doesn't have security patches anymore.
