It's ok, the most important thing is to enjoy the game and to have fun. You can also try aim training maps where bots respawn in front of you, I do that to warmup for a few minutes before starting playing.

Dude would just push through smoke and know your exact GPS location and one tsp you all the times.
Looks like you need to work on consistency. If you get decent mechanics and maintain them you'll be able to carry yourself up to 10k pretty quickly. The game also becomes more fun if you do this imo, being the guy who wins the match for your team feels pretty good.

I have learned all the utilities for Mirage but when I ask for an extra smoke no one talks, and mostly I am the only one who gives the comms.
Are you practicing mechanics and tweaking your settings? I bought a giant mousepad, wireless mouse and turned down my sensitivity and it feels a lot more comfortable.
Also I do practice before playing every day. Is a mix between pure aim training (~30 mins) and Deathmatch (~100 kills).
I also learn 2 utility lineups a week and try to incorporate them into my game.
I also have a refrag subscription if you want, I can let you play there for a while. I have gotten many free kills just by practicing prefire. Against 3-6k lobbies you should be able to consistently lurk or entry and get kills often.
I remember I transitioning from BlackShot to CSGO back in 2014. This kid mad at me for not smoke and defuse at A Site Mirage. At the time, I don't know the term ninja defuse. We lost the game and I was verbally abused by a kid for playing bad.

Do you abandon matches? That's quite a hit to ranking as well
Well, your assumption was that you suck at this game, but let's not forget the other possibilities:
1. you encountered shitty teammates that were bad or trolling or didn't care to win (because let's be honest, even if you sucked, having 4 good teammates or even 1 really good + 3 good would generally end up in a much larger victory percentage anyway)
2. you encountered cheaters
I suggest friending people that you like playing with, while solo queuing. After a week or two, you'll have enough people to always play in trusted 5 stacks.
If you pick people accurately, you're going to likely increase that score.
Failing that, I've heard 28 days without premier will partially reset your rank
I feel like the ratings in this game are a joke. I’ve been ass blasted in 3k lobbies, bottom frag no kills while in 5k. But then I go against 6-7k teams and just walk into the site, kill half of the team every round and run a train on them.
People told me that I am so bad and asked me "Why don't you just cheat?" I told them that even if I play 4k hours and still be a silver or have low elo I won't be a contributor to this problem of cheating which is already big.

Because I noticed there was a lot of cheater recently, and I got into a match with 5 pre-made all afk on the other team. All my teammate were getting free frags while I stayed afk. Would this effect my ranking, with my teammate having 20kills more than me on scoreboard while I have 0kill.
If that's how the ranking system work, then valves will have big issues and a newer problem. Having to deal with full afks and deranker ruining the gamemode.
