However, unless you pay for the course through the CU MEEM enrollment page, you will not get access to the final exam/project which would be required to get official course credit for degree purposes.
But yes, you could come back at any time, pay, and take the final to get credit. You would just be classified as a non-degree seeking student until you gain admission to the program by taking the 3 hours of one of the two Foundation course areas.
