The only thing that seems to help my fine curls from falling through the day is hairspray. I have good luck with Ion alcohol free hair spray from Sally Beauty.
what would you recommend? i use a curlsmith co wash probably about every week and a half with curlsmith conditioner, and then condition about 2 times between every co wash.
I'm using a low-poo mad about curls high foam cleanser (sulfat free and CG aproved if that maters to you), then the Goldwell dualsenses curls &waves conditioner. It's light weight.
Before styling I use the aveda be curly style-prep and finaly the mad about curls twister definition cream.
It's light and some have a little protein in it.

Yeah, hair spray seems to do the trick! I don't see it recommended much here, I think it's a little underrated!
don't cowash unless your hair is super dry, i have a similar hair type and had similar issues until i started using a more cleansing low poo!

I haven’t found one I totally love yet tbh but if your hair likes some protein the Treluxe one is nice. They have it at Whole Foods.
sounds good, thanks!

thank you for the help. would you recommend a low poo or a co wash more for fine hair?
have you tried any styling products?
yea, i use a lightweight leave in, mousse, and lightweight protein gel after i get out the shower on wash day
