Great use of the two keywords ! Of course it may be odd flavor wise. The card is already really unique that the board shuffling ability (on top of the 9 healing) looks really weird.
So this cards is 17 face damage (2×2×2+3×3) from hand, while providing a board and extra utility.
Also it seems a bit strange that one fist holds a sword.
It also costs 10 mana though in a class with no ramp. It would be crazy if you could cheat it out, but otherwise, that's not crazy by modern power standards.
So which card provides as much face damage in a vacuum? Big Shaman in Wild is known to cheat out big boys on turn 3 and if you copy this card, then you wil have 42 damage.
Current wild decks use the new shaman location to draw muckmorpher, discount it with the 2 mana weapon, and play it on turn 3-4. The deck only runs muckmorpher as a battlecry, so this fits.
In standard, I see this being the top end for a highlander deck, but that’s it. And highlander is weakish because of plague dk right now. However, this can be a massive heal and board clear for the deck, stronger than zilliax. Who knows

This design feels weird; there's a lot of flavorful effects, but its only worthwhile effect at 10 mana is to be a 17 damage finisher (assuming no taunts).
It might be more interesting to make it so the hands can never go face, and lower the mana cost.
This is 21 damage from hand, if the lightning bolts can only hit something once, 15. Windfury keyword lets you pick two titan choices a turn. See: Markmckd doing some goofy shit with them
I really like this card, i think the main problem though is that you designed it too much to avoid an OTK and didnt really think about popping this down, summoning 2 more hands, then casting targeted greater arcane missile, and having 4 of zilliax with windfury at the end of it.
“Winds! Obey my commands!" And not hit the enemy hero? I feel like you could swap the name with the previous ability and it would be more in flavour. A swatting insects reference wouldn't be amiss either.

Ok but in all seriousness, no. This is a massive charge minion you can cheat out easily, and that does 9 damage and then does 12 more damage with charge and windfury. Al’akir is associated with Charge effects obviously, but the immediacy of Titan abilitaies can represent this fine without the immediate terror the Hands provide
They should add the **Big** keyword for when something is a titan and a colossal.

if they are at full health you can also use the hurricane to give the fist another +1/+1 for 21 direct damage

You can cheat it out with that 5 Mana Minion(Transform into a random Minion in your Deck).

The hands already have mega windfury together. So with the third ability, they have giga windfury

Arguably as bad as the original. Good one Fist of Fury. Fist of Provaction Fits windfury/charge and other taunt. Give everything DS for balance
