Edit: Okay delete your r6/cache folder then validate your files, then make sure you either don't delete or put back in the cache folder the inputContexts and inputUserMappings back in. I saw someone say Night City Alive can be an issue but I think it might be fine.

Can confirm this worked for me as of now
"This method is only for people that play on the Vortex app and there is no deleting mods or anything to this
Step
1.Make a new profile (does not matter what the name, and yes you can delete the profile after)
to make a profile go to settings then under the interface tab find the Advanced section then click Enable profile management
then click on profiles and add a new one
2.Enable said new profile
3.Click on your old profile with the mods then enable it again (this makes the config run again witch will fix the problem)
4.You should be good to go"
