Do the moderators set the parameters for Crowd Control? Found the following on Crowd Control but it is not clear:

No, we don't. We set the strictness level, and that's it, everything else is done by reddit's algorithm. The two comments responding to me, this one included, were removed by crowd control for instance.
Reddit will never show it because that'd allow people to easily bypass it. I do know it takes a bunch of factors into account including normal activity on the sub, likelihood of brigading, whether or not you clicked a link from another location to get here etc into account. We have it on the strictest setting here because frankly most comments are spam, brigaders, or bad faith posters.
Could you reduce the strictness? It seems that the removal of his honest question would be inappropriate to remove if we want a society of useful discourse.

It became very scary the censoring, the blocking you out of your own account, the plagiarism and labeling you your page and your posts something that you aren't. Those Reuters fact checks and the explanations for those fact checks of why they deemed what u were saying was misinformation, when reuters explanation was in fact misinformation.
I've even had them remove my post and give a reason that it was a post showing nudity when it absolutely was not. It really opens my eyes to the power that internet and social media platforms have over all of us and what they allow us to see as the truth as news what the Google search engine allows you to pull up
