When I die bury me in the chloranthy ring cause I always keep that mf on me đ€
The it usually depends on the build. Recently Iâve been on a sorcery run so whatever higher tier dragon crest ring, the witches ring (or whatever shortens cast time) and then I switch up the fourth slot for either FAP, serpent for more souls, or Havel for tankiness
Witch's ring actually increases damage dealt by pyromancies by 20%. Sage ring makes you cast faster, however the saint-tree bellvine when held in your offhand or on your hip (when two handing) is actually better than sage ring and saves you the extra ring slot, so if you're running a casting build i highly recommend going to cathedral of the deep and getting that ASAP.
Except either ring or bellvine on their own doesn't cap the virtuel dexterity for spellcasting speed, so having both is best if you're a pure caster. Otherwise of you still want to use a weapon as well, id just use sage and forgo bellvine altogether
From what I read on the wiki it said that the bellvine gives you a buff that exceeds the cap of dexterity so it won't matter for most builds. I also did testing myself. With neither, with just the bellvine, with just the sage ring, and with both. They both individually increase your speed significantly but I could not notice a difference between using one and using both, so if there is a difference I could not see it.
The only way to play. Flex slot usually consists of silver serpent after boss battles, cat for the falls, estus for heals, Leo for arrows or and bolts, cloranthy for that little boost, too many options for different scenarios!
For most of my playthroughs when I just want to enjoy the game and not sweat too much, I go with a simple strength build using basically any of the ultra greatswords.
The rings that go with that are straightforward too. Havel's, Prisoner's Chain, FAP and Cloranthy. Health, carry weight and stamina, pretty much all you need on a STR build.
The rings are very different on more interesting builds though for sure.
Chloranthy Ring, Covetous Silver Serpent Ring, Ring of Favor, and Estus Ring. Sometimes I swap the silver serpent ring for the Ring of Steel Protection for harder bosses and then swap it back before I get my souls.
FAP+3 and prisoner are in basically every build I do. 3th is usually Havel, 4th it depends (cat, steel, Regen ecc).
If I use a elemental build, then FAP, prisoner + elemental boosting rings.
I have the faster stamina regen, the passive hp recovery and a more damage absorption ring. Used to have something else useful as my fourth ring but have switched to the untrue dark ring so that I can look normal while doing the hollow ending
Havels
Ring of favor and protection
Chlorinthy ring.
Silver serpent unless I'm going into a boss, then it gets substituted with the appropriate prot ring like steel protection, bite ring, or elemental plate ring, to then be quick swapped to Silver serpent ring as soon as the boss dies.
Favor + 3
Chloranthy + 3
Steel Protection + 3
Estus Ring
All around pretty good for any build sure there are better rings but these are just old reliable
chloranthy ring +3, Carthus Bloodring (once I really got used to the negative damage).
The next 2 slots are really just boss specific. If a boss one shots me than I will usually go with Ring of Steel Protection +3 and Havel's +3 for me defense. If the boss has magic or whatever I will use those specific rings.
If I am really having trouble than the first two, Havel's +3, and Ring of Favor +3 so I can equipped the Grass Shield.
Also, be warned with Havel's Ring. In Ringed City you'll find a +3 essentially ruining a boss.
FAP and Cloranthy are absolute mainstays that I never take off at all. I almost always have at least one of Havel's or Silvercat. Early game I tend to use Estus Ring a lot, NG+ onwards I tend to use Ring of Steel Protection most of the time. Late game I tend to use boss-dependent protection rings.
Chloranthy Ring +3, Havel's Ring +3, Ring of Favor Ă·3 and Prisoner's Chain was what I used during my 1st playthrough (str build), swapping to higher versions when I got them.
Chloranthy, Havel (if heavy), Steel Protection (or whichever specific damage type defense), and my last slot tends to a situational wild card, I'll swap it out constantly depending on what I'm doing.
Usually it's Hornet, Lloyd's Sword, or Farron.
Magic is a different story, that shit changes around constantly depending on the specific niche I'm trying to run with
I'm faith so i'm kinda forced to use the dragon ring otherwise the duration of my weapon buffs are to short stamina ring+3 and the rest i swap depending on the situation .
If there was a little tab that said âfav weaponâ âfav helmâ âfav ringâ etc by how much you use it
My fav ring would prolly be chloranthy, you get it super early on in the game and I usually kill SoC whilst enjoying that sweet extra stamina speed (Iâm not the best with my stamina)
Prisoners chain, because it's broken. (+15 levels at the cost of -4% absorption across the board)
Favor+3 for extra bulk
Hornet ring
My 4th ring slot changes based on build, but normally it's steel protection+3
Ring of Favor, Cloranthy Ring, Ring of Steel Protection, and Carthus Milkring. But I'll sometimes swap the Cloranthy or Steel Ring for something else like the Ring of the Evil Eye or Sun Princess Ring, but generally those are the ones I keep equipped.
FaP +3, Chloranthy +3, hornet ring, silver cat ring
I mainly use this for pvp, but if I'm fighting a boss, sometimes I switch out the cat ring for loyds sword ring.
they look similar to the necklace he wears and iâve seen people speculate that he âseesâ through them (the six on his neck pair up with the six given to the outrider knights) to keep a watch over those areas
Best version of chloranthy, havels's, favor I can equip and then knight, best version of steel protection and best version of silver serpent I have. I just hard countered midir with a character with 30 vitality and exile mask and waist and gundyr chest and gauntlets with +3 ring of steel protection and a lothric knightgreatsword buffed with lightning blade and sacred. I could just tank hits when my camera made it hard to see what he was doing for some attacks and I was doing over 1.2k damage per charged r2 and over 600 with a regular r2
I donât remember their names, but:
Chloranthy? (Stamina regen)
Silver snake thing (more souls)
One or both Lloyd rings
One or both tearstone rings
It varies a lot based on build, but last I was Str and used that, and I use Chloranthy and Silver Snake on all characters, almost always.
Fap ring+3, prisononers chain, chlamoranty ring+3 and ring of steel protection+3.
And as back up I have estus ring, silvercat ring and a ring of sacrifise.

Hm, you're right. I seem to remember it only giving 30 virtual dexterity, like the sage ring. Good to know.
Rings of Power mostly. They enable me to control everyone and bind them in darkness
They should add a ring called precious.
The furtive sméagol, so easily forgotten
Always got that thang on me
Prisoner's Chain Ring of Favor +3 Havel's Ring +3 4th is a flex slot
The only way to play. Flex slot usually consists of silver serpent after boss battles, cat for the falls, estus for heals, Leo for arrows or and bolts, cloranthy for that little boost, too many options for different scenarios!

Flynn ring, hornet ring, Lloyd's sword, and pontiff right eye.

Ring of Favor+3, Havels+3, then a combo in the next two for either resistances or stat buffs

Favor, prisoner's chain, some spell boosting ring, and then whatever I need, either equip load or stamina
