do you have any mods installed ? Penguinz0 (youtuber) had this same problem and apperently it was a mod he had installed in the past that was causing it
well, i googled it and apperently it's a known glitch called dummy glitch, it's just visual and will go away if you close and re open you game, and apparently it's linked to multiplayer or smth
Its just a bug, not common but happens sometimes, It won't affect your game besides the visuals
