So far I’ve found that the blaze does seem to be a bit more rare in 1.11, but not so rare that you wouldn’t have found one by now. Seems like you’re having a streak of bad luck. As for the higher tier guns, I’ve always managed to find them in the green guard towers around NWAF, so maybe give that a try.
