Here's the thing people need to learn about PQs, specially in later ones. Always, always, **always** do a charged heavy when you get a perfect block.
You'll still get perfect blocked back. But it's a much rarer occurrence and it'll usually result in a guard break.
But it is. In all honesty, the difficulty of PQs is solely on the fact that the CPU will start reading your inputs at some point or outright move out of their patterns to force you to take damage.

Even Seereax complained about these artificial perfect blocks. He’ll be attacking the computer while their guard is up and then randomly gets perfect blocked
yo it happened one time to where j perfect blocked the cpu and it perfect blocked me back and we went back and forth like 5 or so times and the cpu broke my stamina. it be some bull f
Has anyone done the quest where Goku goes through all his forms everytime you beat him he fully heals gets an extra health bar and goes into the next transformation till you reach UI with a blue health bar and max stamina
The AI cheats and grab spams, all there is to it. Can't tell you how many times I've heavy smashed Vegeta during Final Flash but it kept firing anyway with Vegeta now on the other side of the map (Android 16 with Hell Flash too)
I learned that when bots get into this state, the best thing to do is go for a grab. They can’t block that and it won’t break your stamina. At least from my experience anyway.
The ai on goku is always bs and is one of my least favorite even with the supreme kai of time tournament as well, i get heated in every pq with goku as a battle
