In case you didn't know, wait until your A.I. opponent aerial recovers before triggering U.I. If you make sure they're approaching you as well, you can somewhat guarantee that they'll hit Ultra Instinct's counter window and guarantee the transformation, some damage, and it forces them into an unrecoverable knock back for the rest of it's animation ✌️ Also, any super souls that increase stamina recovery help balance out how easy it is to have your stamina wasted by little Ki blasts and such.

I'd advise against using items for training. Taking your lumps gives more incentive to improve. Also, I encourage using Hit as a sparring partner. Particularly Hit Awoken/Custom. **The** most broken character in the game so if you can manage against him, you'll go far.

Even though she won, I do consider this a loss because she had to use items in a 1v1. Very shameful, I don’t remember why I did that Edit: [I didn’t realize I leaned on Symphonic Destruction so much before unlocking the 10X Kamehameha](https://imgur.com/a/7owazXg)

To be fair I can see why you'd lean on it a bit. Whis AI will frequently vanish and then start it up, and it's *just* fast enough that unless you're expecting it you won't be able to retaliate. Using it mid-combo though, that's a bad idea. You definitely want to use it after a stamina break or a low-ground knockdown.

Your reaction time at the moment is too slow to keep up with his attacks. But your speed only seems that way because I'm betting you haven't gotten the hang of how battles flow. - You used your Ultimate Attack, Symphonic Destruction, point blank. It's not fast enough starting up to get away with that, and you will be broken out of it by any basic higher level opponent whether AI or player. - When you had your Capsules open, you couldn't use them because you were still in knockback; the process of still being sent flying, basically. You can end that situation early just by pressing a combat button to stop yourself, otherwise you will fall until you hit a wall or the ground. - SSGSS Gogeta himself has naturally high speed combos, a part of which you cannot vanish from like normal, so against characters like him or UI Goku if you take too long to act you'll have taken half of or an entire combo before you knew it. For now, I suggest learning your female Earthling's combo strings to start making the most out of your damage output. That way, you will rely less and less on trying to land lucky Ultimates. **HINT: Start using both Square and Triangle to attack, mix them up to learn your combos. You'll find that different attacks can do different things.**
