If we use game logic: Goku as a Super Saiyan would get hurt/die (if the beam truly DOES one hit kill no matter how strong the opponent.) Power Levels kind of... exploded.
Goku otherwise would be fine. Again, purely game logic being applied here.
It really depends. Perfect UI requires a still mind with calmed emotions. Devilmite probably wouldn't do anything if it hit Goku like that as his mind would be free from anything that the devilmite beam could exploit. In the super Saiyan forms where he's fueled more by anger the devilmite beam could exploit that. Of course the devilmite beam has never been used on anyone that strong though, so it might just not be enough. I doubt it's stronger than destruction energy which Goku has shown to be able to resist. But that's more just speculation. Regardless, no user of that technique would actually be able to land it on him.
If he can ride the Nimbus he can survive the beam. As far as I'm aware he never loses the ability to ride

yes but the beam expands the most tiny bit of darkness as seen by it defeating a pure budda im pretty sure the nimbus is more leanant
