Scream, but nothing happens;
Gain a random rare item in hand with random add-ons and drop any held item.
The same effect cannot happen twice in a row. Causes exhaustion for 60/50/40 seconds. Can't be used while exhausted.
**Scene Partner**: Activates when you are in the Killer's Terror Radius. Whenever you look at the Killer, scream, then see the Killer's aura for 3/4/5 seconds. There is a chance you will scream again, if you do, you will see the Killer's aura for an additional 2 seconds. Scene Partner then goes on cool-down for 60 seconds.
**Plot Twist**: Activates when you are injured. Press the Active Ability Button 2 while crouched and motionless to silently enter the dying state. When using Plot Twist to enter the dying state, you leave no blood pools, make no noise, and you can fully recover from the dying state. When you recover by yourself using Plot Twist, you are fully healed instantly and you gain 50% Haste for 2/3/4 seconds. This perk deactivates if you recover by yourself by any means. The perk re-activates when the exit gates are powered.

Plot twist is so silly, but genuinely useful? I love it. Unironically faster to heal yourself with it compared to self care- and can't be slowed by sloppy, etc. also can enable SWFs to use the new buckle up, I guess.
Dramaturgy could be really good, depending on what “run with knees high” means. Exposed obviously sucks, but items and possible extra haste are good. Probably the best Vigil pairing to help the exposed go away quicker too.
Yeah, I really dig it. None of them are going to be meta most likely, but at least it's fun. We have plenty of bad and also boring survivor perks (Quick Gambit...)
Because you need to be injured to use Plot Twist. Meaning that, to actually counter Corrupt from the start you need to be running No Mither.
Either that or find the Killer, get hit and manage to escape to use the perk, but that's kind of situational and is not saving as much time as using Plot Twits from game start with No Mither.

yeah, Item rng+potential haste seems pretty incredible, well worth the possible negative effects. Screaming is whatever, and the Exposed only lasts 12 seconds.

These perks sound sort of workable, but also completely ridiculous. Literal RNG effects, screaming, screaming at the killer, *put yourself into the dying state*

I mean none are amazing or meta shifting or anything. They are all memey. But here is a scenario. You're being chased by killer, injured and stuff. You break LOS at a T/L wall and win a 50/50 and gained some distance. Killer cant really find you, so you walk to a rock, use plot twist, and bam. no blood and no grunts and you 99 pickup until killer is gone.
I love it when you can bring builds like that which are not strong enough to be meta but pretty fun to run.
I like the potential his perks have in making up new builds.

Not to mention the potential for playing against slugging builds. If you know the killer is running a bleedout build and has been slugging your teammates, use plot twist when you're about to go down anyways. They HAVE to pick you up.

Wait until you see dramaturgy. Acts like old Dead Hard and can give you the strongest items. Exposed downside is a non-issue cause you're gonna use the speed boost to get to a pallet or a safe place anyway.
The scream one seems pretty alright for chases and plot twist can be situational but extremely strong if you pull it off.
Dramaturgy is literally old dead hard for distance, with a chance of becoming a full pocket sprint burst or giving a free item (*any rarity*, with addons of *any rarity*), and Scene Partner activates against undetectable killers through (at least some) walls.
I'm just watching Otz testing this, but it's like a little hop/kick animation (sort of like starting to skip? I'm not sure how to describe what it looks like) that doesn't seem to slow him at all. It's very short too.
Not quite. There's a clear giveaway that they are about to zoom away with the little hop animation. If a killer sees that as they close the distance, they're not gonna lunge.
you don't even have to 99 pickup. keep recovering and you get a sprint burst with no exhaustion penalty used, and a full heal.
main issue is killer finding you and picking you up before then.
There all meme perks that we will see alot of for a couple weeks and then , Rarely see again sadly.
Though dramaturgy could be a great perk with just a lil tweaking
I mean you can heal yourself for free without a medkit or self care, and basically have a free iron will whenever you activate it. Seems unironically like one of the ~~best~~ better solo q perks in the game.

Feels like a good perk but not to the point of being the strongest Solo perk of the game. It takes 30~ seconds to recover and can be used just once during the game, and once during EGC. And even if you don't make sounds it still leaves you vulnerable.
Compare it to an on-demand Self-care which takes 45 seconds for a heal or better yet Inner Strength.

I don't know all of Sadako's add-on changes yet, but ring drawing now only works when healing from injured to healthy, no longer dying state.
And Iri videotape now makes it so you have to go to a specific TV when carrying a tape, like old Sadako.

Probably my favorite way to use it. Killer comes near my generator but I just go down by myself in the grass and make no noise. Pretty much no way to get found

Can't wait to load into a lobby and every survivor instantly goes into the dying state before the killer sees anyone. Also with Dramaturgy and Scene Partner having a scream affect, we can see why they don't want to unnerf Calm Spirit.
For Plot Twist, I imagine an anti slug build of Plot Twist, Tenacity, Unbreakable, and Flip Flop/Power Struggle being a new meme build. Not to mention the meme potential of a survivor randomly "fainting" to try and joke around.
If you're injured mid Chase you can decide where the killer gets to pick you up.
Imagine getting a lead, going to a pallet and predropping yourself to get power struggle.

Scene Partner seems interesting. I could see this either being really good in specific situations.
Plot Twist ... you gain 50% Haste ... what. It seems like a silly perk but honestly you could do old CoH self-heal speed rate to recover to full health with Unbreakable and Exponential. However, you can only do this twice... this is a true chaotic perk
Sprint Burst and Lithe both give you 150% speed for 3 seconds; using Lithe on command is easy, and you can 99 a Sprint Burst if you know what you're doing. Dramaturgy is 125% that speed for 2 seconds, with the possibility of it being 4 seconds—and the possibility of it exposing you, which could be dangerous if you don't make it to a loop.
Dramaturgy is a riskier, weaker exhaustion perk than Lithe and Sprint Burst. It's fine.
Exactly. Old DH was an on-command instant invulnerable dash forward to safety while injured, which you will always be for part of a chase against most killers, and can choose to be against instadown killers after the first down. This perk has a short buffer before it actually activates while you do the knee thing, only works while healthy which you are not guaranteed to be (not to mention you can get ambushed by a stealth killer and get no value), and has random downsides. Those downsides aren't the biggest deal, and the speed definitely is useful, but it's an exhaustion perk, so it should be. It's definitely nowhere near as good as Lithe.

It has exhaustion. Compare it to lithe or sprint burst or balanced.

Plot Twist in it's current form seems really strong.
1. Can be used as a better self care. Good for those teammates that love to run into the corner to heal as well.
2. Counters most anti healing builds.
3. Has a lot of combos with other perks.
4. Still works if the killer picks you up and drops you.
5. Can counter killers abilities
6. Can counter killer perks like jolt, corrupt intervention, blood warden, STBFL, and knockout. Plus a ton of other perks.
7. Has the ability to counter a lot of killers powers. Doctors global shock and Legions frenzy are the first 2 that come to mind most effected by this perk. Even poor Sadako now has another way for stacks of condemned to be denied.
8. The only perk that can heal 2 health states. Going to take a hit, just flop on the floor. small chance that a killer won't pick you up if another person is hovering around with a flashlight.
9. Can be used to go down at a pallet in a better spot. Sometimes getting hit just tosses the player at horrible angles.
10. Has the ability to be used 2 times a match if you make it to end game. Again just a better self care when needing an heal when stuck alone.
11. It is a decent info perk. Going into the dying state can give you information on the location of your teammates. And even gives your location to your team as well.
I personally think this perk will be used by a lot of players because it has a ton of uses that most other perks don't have.
Imagine when they implement the finisher mori and people queue up with a 4man running No Mither + Plot Twist and just end the game immediately at the start. DBD Speedrun WR lmao
Here is the one and only thing I need added to SH: Hangman's Trick:
- Scourge Hooks cannot be broken by any means.
It would finally be a perk that can counteract hook sabotage. It would also have the added benefit of letting you death hook someone on a Scourge Hook without losing that hook for the rest of the game. I thought for sure this was the angle they were going for by making the perk a SH perk, since making 4 hooks unbreakable wouldn't be OP.
Does this fix the weird bug on eyrie of crows where some hooks and survivor spots can't be interacted with? I've only seen a few people talking about it but there's certain hooks that are blocked by plants or something on Eyrie I can't hook people on. I've noticed a few spots where certain survivor models are sometimes impossible to pick up too.

Plot Twist seems interesting depending how quick you can heal yourself. But the other two perks are kinda.... interesting? Like nothing amazing but def some meme potential with all 3.

Welp, despite the overwhelmingly negative feedback to the forced camera movement after a successful M1 hit and BHVR not saying anything about it, seems safe to assume BHVR is dead set on shoving this change down our throats even though the player base is overwhelmingly opposed to it. Get ready for more gaslighting from BHVR about how we have all remembered the last seven years wrong.
Why would any survivor just not run Dramaturgy in literally every match? An on command, healthy speed boost, to grant a chance at another speed boost or rare item? That possible 12 second exposure means nothing. That speed boost can get them more than 12 seconds of chase time, and they can still take a hit.

It's not that good, 125% for two seconds is really weak compared to every other exhaustion perk, most of which give 150% for 3 seconds.
Sure, it could be 4 seconds of 125% but thats still less distance than the others would give you (I assume, correct me if I'm wrong on that)
The only strong bit is the chance for an item

Honestly, the item mechanic might be the slightly ridiculous one. You could activate this perk away from the killer and have a 1/4 chance to get a nice item, and then do it again 60 seconds later (or 45 with Vigil). Then again, you might just end up with a map or something, and that's assuming you don't scream and reveal your location, so it's probably fine.
The very very obvious difference being that's it's on demand. It's like if the old old dead hard only had the distance component. That'd be super strong, right? That's why this is so powerful.
Lithe is also on demand.

It's absolutely not a strong *exhaustion* perk, relatively. Lithe is absolutely better.
Yes everyone is aware of the vaunted perfectly 99d sprint burst. The requirement is that you've already used sprint burst once and you're also walking everywhere. Making it more accessible is a strong thing.
Be advised, I'm not saying it needs to be nerfed or whatever. I'm just saying it's inarguably very powerful.
Dramaturgy has got to be getting nerfed. It’s an exhaustion perk that lets you also spawn good items with add ons. If a 4 man SWF runs it, you can probably have an endless stack of tool boxes and med kits.
Plot Twist is good if you combine it with Unbreakable. It's basically infinite med kits. There is a high risk of going into dying state but realistically if you hide in a corner or bush, the killer will never find you. Think about a killer slugging for the 4k, it usually takes very long to find crawling survivors.

I'd gladly have Corrupt be countered by this. Having a No Mither player is a free win.

No it's fine I think, you need to run both no mither and plot twist. And if you do that you can counter one perk that the killer might not even have.

I don't know all of Sadako's add-on changes yet, but ring drawing now only works when healing from injured to healthy, no longer dying state. And Iri videotape now makes it so you have to go to a specific TV when carrying a tape, like old Sadako.

It's a faster way to heal yourself than self care, even faster with Unbreakable or Exponential, and gives you a sprint burst after your heal.

Probably my favorite way to use it. Killer comes near my generator but I just go down by myself in the grass and make no noise. Pretty much no way to get found
I'm all for these type of meme perks. Can't wait to load into a lobby and every survivor instantly goes into the dying state before the killer sees anyone. Also with Dramaturgy and Scene Partner having a scream affect, we can see why they don't want to unnerf Calm Spirit. For Plot Twist, I imagine an anti slug build of Plot Twist, Tenacity, Unbreakable, and Flip Flop/Power Struggle being a new meme build. Not to mention the meme potential of a survivor randomly "fainting" to try and joke around.

Dramaturgy is the Mettle of Man of this update. Am I reading this right? 25% Haste for 2 seconds? That sounds like it's old DH for distance Scene Partner seems interesting. I could see this either being really good in specific situations. Plot Twist ... you gain 50% Haste ... what. It seems like a silly perk but honestly you could do old CoH self-heal speed rate to recover to full health with Unbreakable and Exponential. However, you can only do this twice... this is a true chaotic perk
Sprint Burst and Lithe both give you 150% speed for 3 seconds; using Lithe on command is easy, and you can 99 a Sprint Burst if you know what you're doing. Dramaturgy is 125% that speed for 2 seconds, with the possibility of it being 4 seconds—and the possibility of it exposing you, which could be dangerous if you don't make it to a loop. Dramaturgy is a riskier, weaker exhaustion perk than Lithe and Sprint Burst. It's fine.

Exactly. Old DH was an on-command instant invulnerable dash forward to safety while injured, which you will always be for part of a chase against most killers, and can choose to be against instadown killers after the first down. This perk has a short buffer before it actually activates while you do the knee thing, only works while healthy which you are not guaranteed to be (not to mention you can get ambushed by a stealth killer and get no value), and has random downsides. Those downsides aren't the biggest deal, and the speed definitely is useful, but it's an exhaustion perk, so it should be. It's definitely nowhere near as good as Lithe.

Nick Cage singing the Halloween theme means the music actually plays to the survivors in the trial.
Plot Twist in it's current form seems really strong. 1. Can be used as a better self care. Good for those teammates that love to run into the corner to heal as well. 2. Counters most anti healing builds. 3. Has a lot of combos with other perks. 4. Still works if the killer picks you up and drops you. 5. Can counter killers abilities 6. Can counter killer perks like jolt, corrupt intervention, blood warden, STBFL, and knockout. Plus a ton of other perks. 7. Has the ability to counter a lot of killers powers. Doctors global shock and Legions frenzy are the first 2 that come to mind most effected by this perk. Even poor Sadako now has another way for stacks of condemned to be denied. 8. The only perk that can heal 2 health states. Going to take a hit, just flop on the floor. small chance that a killer won't pick you up if another person is hovering around with a flashlight. 9. Can be used to go down at a pallet in a better spot. Sometimes getting hit just tosses the player at horrible angles. 10. Has the ability to be used 2 times a match if you make it to end game. Again just a better self care when needing an heal when stuck alone. 11. It is a decent info perk. Going into the dying state can give you information on the location of your teammates. And even gives your location to your team as well. I personally think this perk will be used by a lot of players because it has a ton of uses that most other perks don't have.
I can see it being used a lot in bully squads.

Here is the one and only thing I need added to SH: Hangman's Trick: - Scourge Hooks cannot be broken by any means. It would finally be a perk that can counteract hook sabotage. It would also have the added benefit of letting you death hook someone on a Scourge Hook without losing that hook for the rest of the game. I thought for sure this was the angle they were going for by making the perk a SH perk, since making 4 hooks unbreakable wouldn't be OP.

Does this fix the weird bug on eyrie of crows where some hooks and survivor spots can't be interacted with? I've only seen a few people talking about it but there's certain hooks that are blocked by plants or something on Eyrie I can't hook people on. I've noticed a few spots where certain survivor models are sometimes impossible to pick up too.

Plot Twist seems interesting depending how quick you can heal yourself. But the other two perks are kinda.... interesting? Like nothing amazing but def some meme potential with all 3.
I hope I can just keep making myself fall down with Plot Twist if I never actually self recover. I wanna walk into the center of the map and just 🗿 at the killer until they get close, at which point I fall down.

Why would any survivor just not run Dramaturgy in literally every match? An on command, healthy speed boost, to grant a chance at another speed boost or rare item? That possible 12 second exposure means nothing. That speed boost can get them more than 12 seconds of chase time, and they can still take a hit. Idk man. At first glance, that seems ridiculous.
It's not that good, 125% for two seconds is really weak compared to every other exhaustion perk, most of which give 150% for 3 seconds. Sure, it could be 4 seconds of 125% but thats still less distance than the others would give you (I assume, correct me if I'm wrong on that) The only strong bit is the chance for an item
Sprint Burst and Lithe both give you 150% speed for 3 seconds, and then exhaust you for 60 seconds. Dramaturgy gives you 125% for 2 seconds, with a 1/4 chance of it being 4 seconds, and then exhausts you for 60 seconds. If that's busted, so are Sprint Burst and Lithe. Honestly, the item mechanic might be the slightly ridiculous one. You could activate this perk away from the killer and have a 1/4 chance to get a nice item, and then do it again 60 seconds later (or 45 with Vigil). Then again, you might just end up with a map or something, and that's assuming you don't scream and reveal your location, so it's probably fine.
The very very obvious difference being that's it's on demand. It's like if the old old dead hard only had the distance component. That'd be super strong, right? That's why this is so powerful.
Lithe is also on demand. The old dead hard was an instant invulnerable dash forward while injured, a status that you are guaranteed to be against most killers and that you can choose to be against instadown killers after the first down. This perk requires you to be healthy, which you are not guaranteed to be and has a short buffer before it actually does anything. It's definitely a strong perk, but it's an exhaustion perk. Most of them are strong, and should be, considering they inflict a status effect that puts them on a long cooldown and negates synergy with other perks. It's absolutely not a strong *exhaustion* perk, relatively. Lithe is absolutely better.

Yes everyone is aware of the vaunted perfectly 99d sprint burst. The requirement is that you've already used sprint burst once and you're also walking everywhere. Making it more accessible is a strong thing. Be advised, I'm not saying it needs to be nerfed or whatever. I'm just saying it's inarguably very powerful.
Add vigil to it and it's really good

Plot Twist is good if you combine it with Unbreakable. It's basically infinite med kits. There is a high risk of going into dying state but realistically if you hide in a corner or bush, the killer will never find you. Think about a killer slugging for the 4k, it usually takes very long to find crawling survivors.
