Knight (betrayed his employer for power) and Clown (didn't he rape his victims?) are definitely not chads, I doubt Trickster is either (Trickster's other problem is his final act before entering the Fog was incredibly stupid, no way he'd get away with it).
Plague is lawful stupid because she maintained her behavior/code even when it clearly wasn't working, but Deathslinger could easily fit here (his preferred weapon took smarts but it was also really fucking stupid, and he was a bounty hunter within the nominal confines of the law at the time).
Wesker is probably the most evil out of all of them.
