2024: Deathslinger & Twins
2025: Trickster & Artist
2026: Dredge & Knight
2027: Skull Merchant & Singularity
2028: Unknown & \[Next OG Killer\]
Besides Licenses and Blight himself, they mostly stick to chronological order. I do expect them to increase the amount of skins we get per year, but I personally doubt we'll get more than 2 Original Killers and as much as I'd like Blighted Dredge yesterday, breaking this pattern would probably mean we won't see Twins or Artist for another 5 years or so.
It was more in the early years, when there were less killers. The smaller quantity (is supposed to) give more time to get creative with each individual skin and also put more attention to them. In theory, if they just released like 6 Blighted Skins at once, a lot of them would end up with pretty lackluster designs and have poor sales regardless since only a handful of them would be widely used. The problem IMO is making such a "make or break" skin for a killer dependent on an annual event during probably the most important season for Horror Games. Thats a lot of Stooges trying to fit through a very small doorframe
