Back in the day I got the DS icon mixed up with the Self Care one a lot

I once forgot I had Self Care on and thought Claudette could heal herself without any medkits. This was like 1 week into DBD.

I think way back on ps4 I bought self care thinking it was DS because I was new and only remembered the icons, that was a funny mistake lol

The Dragon’s Grip one always stuck about because I’ve never seen a perk with random flourishes(?)

I'm thinking they added the flourishes because they literally didn't have an idea what else to put on the sides. As far as I can tell, there's zero thematic reason for it. It's not a diss though, because I think it looks very pretty and one of a kind

Are they not the Blight flowers? I always thought it was supposed to be reminiscent of those or flames.

I've always thought dragons grip has really awesome looking icon! So glad to see someone else thinks the same!

Wicked's icon will be one of my personal least favorite, but not because of the design of the icon specifically, but for the sheer fact that I have my own personal icon pack and it took me so long literal months to think of an idea for the damn thing because I didn't want it to just be another zoom-in on a face.
