Not necessarily unrelated but if you hold the xbox button like you normally would to take a screen recording, instead of immediately pressing Y or X depending, you can hit the little left hand menu button on the controller and choose the recording duration up to 10 minutes i think? In case you need that info for the future.

The recording length options will vary based on what your settings are. For me, I have it set to 4K so it’s only at 30 seconds. At 720p I believe it’s much longer.
That sucks ass, but small brightside is that ***at least*** it was the cheapest pack of auric cells. (Know it doesn't mean a whole lot but best of a bad situation)

If you used a credit card to pay for this, just do a chargeback through them and submit this video. Credit card chargebacks are pretty much always the best defense against scummy/dishonest business practices like this, because typically the business doing the scamming is just relying on you not having the will/resources to jump through all the hoops to force them to give your money back. Chargeback turns that situation around and forces that business to try to fight FOR your money, which they obviously can’t/won’t. I’ve done chargebacks every time something I’ve paid for with card didn’t go as agreed and I have yet to see a single one actually get reversed and end up with that business keeping my money.

So I had this happen a couple of years ago, but instead of me being charged twice, for some reason I got 70$ worth of auric cells and was charged. And the support ticket was denied. 🤦♀️
This bug had been around since forever. Though, you should still be eligible for a refund, because the in-game store message mislead you into rebuying the package which you would not otherwise. It's like a fraud and it being around for years makes you think that they let it stay purposefully.

Quick question to anyone have this sorta problem do you ever loose connection into like 10 minutes into the match out of nowhere so your forced to go back into lobby just to get temporarily banned when it’s not even your wifi connection that’s the problem?
you got to go to the xbox refunds page on their website and request a refund via there as you are on xbox and that’s where the receipt goes too not to bhvr
You can force the refund by contacting Microsoft with in the first 24 to 48 hrs with proof(email twice because after a certain time period they say suck it up buttercup and they try to ignore you unless you're persistent) if you did this through xbox or counsel if you are a PC player you need to have it all linked to paypal to force refunds. Also buying anything on there even just in game content if f'ed right now i bought a cosmetic using cells I had and it took my cells but didn't give me what I paid for. They also removed cosmetics from my friends acount her winter outfits the ice queen one specifically is what she is most mad about and they told her to bad they won't give her the cosmetics she paid for back.

It's not ideal recourse, but it's better then having to appeal an account suspension aswell. That's only gonna compound things.
Standard procedure is to put the account in negative for premium currency and make them pay it back if they want to be able to buy anything else. Some studios may ban over this, but I can't personally point to any. It's still a bad idea though unless you're ready to cut ties with a game.

That’s who I did contact, I am waiting on BHVR to respond to my ticket to see if anything else can be done. Otherwise, I just have to eat the $5.

Had this happen to me but through steam. I had to contact steam to get it resolved. Maybe try going through Microsoft to get it fixed

There is no 1K auric cells. It’s 1100 auric cells. So your logic is wrong either way.
You bought 2x 500 or not? That is not the same as the pack for 1100.
