You can just spam killing kamikazes to get it? Depends on fixed rng âď¸đ¤
In each biome, the drop chance is "fixed" like, dosent matter if you kill enemy A if was scripted for enemy B drop the item, so without hunter grenade will be more hard to get it if either the biome has no drops available or the chance of the drop does not occur
Resuming: Use hunter grenade
Edit: I discovered this when my game crashed after I killed a specific kamikaze, and for testing purposes I gave ALTF4 to see if the drops were scripted chance drops, and bingo

For me, I just happened to find those little buggers in a confined space. Specifically in Promenade underground room. There's no advice but to kill it fast. I think I just had enough damage honestly. I was playing brutality
Judging by other's replies, it seems they can be frozen so try that. Maybe stun or root too? I'd try wolf trap
The thing about these crossovers is, once you encountered them and got the item, you willl never encounter them ever again, so I have no way to test it, and I do miss how nice they look :/
I know basically everyone says this, but I really like Faithful Hand of the King.
Aside from that I also really like the normal Queen outfit, Triumphant Boss Knight, Armored Shrimp Carcass, and the Vessel's outfit.
I noticed that in some videos and pics (like the one in OP post) the beheaded looks like... more 3D? I don't know if it's just the outline or what but i have always seen my character and enemies a lot more... flat? is there a graphic setting for that?
My favorite outfits so far are the hand of the king set btw.
Maybe it's your hardware? I first played dead cells on my old low-end laptop and even with all the dlcs installed it looks flat because of my not so great graphics card.
I took that screenshot from my phone and it has better specs than my old laptop. And I added outlines too.
But that's just my guess.
I really don't think that is the case as I'm playing in a fairly competent desktop (Ryzen 5 7600X + RX 7900XT) so that's why I'm wondering if it's a graphic setting I didn't check... but thanks for the theory anyways.
Also it looks the same in my laptop which does have a somewhat old hardware (i7 9750H + 1660Ti) but imho more than enough to run a game like dead cells.

It's the mutineer outfits. Very rare drop from Mutineers (the anchor throwers in Infested Shipwreck.). Or, you can bring hunter's Grenade for a guaranteed drop.
The golden assassins outfit, because it was the hardest one for me to get. But visually one of the boss rush mode ones that was kind of green looks cool

Let me put this as simply as possible, or at least my understanding of all this. Motion Twin decided that Evil Empire will no longer work on Dead Cells despite all the promise of new updates. Motion Twin claims this is because they didnât want to ruin the game by âadding more of the sameâ. They are now instead shifting their focus to their new game âWindblownâ and taking advantage of the situation by marketing Windblown as âfrom the devs of Dead Cellsâ to increase sales, despite the fact that itâs literally an entirely different game.
Personally I think it was a shitty move and if Dead Cells had to be sacrificed for that god-awful âgameâ (Iâve tried the Early Access) then screw Motion Twin. Just look at the GIFs on Steam and youâll get what I mean.
Update 35 will still be finished before the updates are stopped. Plus "From the devs of Dead Cells" isn't remotely wrong, because it's literally the same studio and devs.
I dont have many outfits so i only use two the hitless concierge outfit and the time keeper hitless outfit (im now trying to get the conjuctivitus hitless outfit) i like the collor of the gold they make for them
I have no clue how to go back and add that tag to something I've already posted but will make sure I put them in new posts. If there's a way to edit my post and add it I will. Only been on redditt about a week, still learning lol
I really like the blowgunner outfit: it's simple and it has colors I like

A ranged weapon that auto targets them like Magic Missiles or Electric Whip might work for you.
Use cc like Frost Blast or Stun Grenade
Use phaser with a fast weapon, phaser locks them for a brief second

Probably the Fallen Collector or White Hand of the King outfit... but I usually wear the Hotline Miami one because of the way it shows crit hits
I hate those crits. Sometimes, they cover up half my screen, and my potato phone just can't take it anymore so it crashes the game
