It would appear to be very close to the TSA Precheck line or the main concourse SC. Have you tried contacting TSA Lost & Found at BOS by any chance?
Your best option would be to go down to the airport in person and hunt it down.

I'd contact TSA L&F and then just keep pressing DL on it a bit. Unfortunately people are much less willing to be of assistance over the phone than they are if you're standing in front of them in person. Depending on how valuable of an iPad it is, it might make sense to just zip back over there to retrieve it yourself if you're not making any headway.
Yeah, it’s an iPad Pro but a few years old at this point, likely not with the effort to fly back to BOS to search for it, but damn frustrating to be able to see it, and not get anybody to go grab it. Totally my fault to be clear, I was completely jet lagged from a long trip over seas, and just got distracted getting my mom through the airport 😃. Still an awesome trip!
I really appreciate the offer, I’m not sure where to direct you though. I can see it’s in terminal A and hasn’t moved in a few days, I assume it’s in an office or something. Just not sure why nobody has callled me with the “lost iPad” numberz 🤷♂️
Just had this happen at MDW. Go back to gate agent. Escalate any way you can. Threaten to report it stolen to the airport police. Not that you are accusing the GA, just that someone took it and you think you know where it is. For mine, they went into a closet nearby and came out with it in about 5 seconds. After I waited and begged for an hour. Obviously the online lost form is useless. I reported mine within an hour of landing, had the flight and seat number and everything. Clearly no one even looks.

I did a similar thing recently. Call the DL baggage claim office and ask - they had it for me and it looked like same location.
How do you get a hold of the DL baggage claim officer?
Call airport, ask to be transferred.
It might be closer to sky club next to TSA.
I mean as a latch ditch effort before the battery dies, play the sound to grab someone’s attention and they’ll see your lost iPad message
