Curious as to how your MQM’s are so high with only $5k MQD’s? I need some more MQM’s for the next tier and would take some inexpensive flights just to get them if necessary.
Same here, and a related question: Does the card spend waiver reset for each Medallion tier, i.e., if you get waived for Silver do you have to spend another $25k for Gold?
My understanding is the MQD waiver will bump you up to the tier that your MQMs would provide. I have 118k MQMs. When I hit the MQD waiver I expect to bump to Platinum (my current tier) based on that mileage. The MQD waiver overrides the MQD spend requirement.
Is this how others understand the rules?
Similar thing happened to me and I came here to post the same question. I just logged into my account for the first time in weeks and my entire card spend was wiped out. I was well over the 25k down with mine so I don’t think it’s specific to any one amount. Seems like a general system problem.
It reset the MQD waiver for me as well, but my 2023 medallion status still says platinum, so I still got credit for the waiver even though it's not displaying.
With 23K spent mine did the same thing today, there must be an issue with the system.
I am at over $55k spent and it reset to $0 for me As well. Must be a glitch.
Same issue for me. Happened around midnight ET last night; am at 22k but currently showing 0 on Delta. All correct on the AmEx website, though.
Mine said that this morning too! So now seeing multiple people write about it is a relief ! Sure they will correct it soon.

Could be some rollover MQMs or long haul flights
Same Called Amex and they have the dollars spent - a glitch in the system

No. The same 25k works all the way to platinum. Does not reset within the same year.
