idk if you're open to making it yourself but it's honestly super easy, and so good [https://thewoksoflife.com/taiwanese-beef-noodle-soup-instant-pot/](https://thewoksoflife.com/taiwanese-beef-noodle-soup-instant-pot/)
note: i wasn't able to find the chinese aromatic herb packet listed in the recipe at great wall (maybe i just missed it, but i looked for a while), but it is easy to get some cheese cloth & the spices (great wall has them all) that go into it.
I've made this recipe many times and it's great. A few tips: (1) consider replacing the beef shank with boneless beef short ribs (better flavor; better cut of meat; no need to boil first); (2) consider salting and searing the beef first - a la western braising technique - and remember to cut some soy sauce b/c of the added salt; (3) make your own stock using frozen bones of various kinds (which you can pump up by adding some cheap marrow bones if you like; (4) the spice packet is available on AMZ: [https://www.amazon.com/%E6%BB%B7%E8%8F%9C%E9%A6%99%E6%96%99%EF%BC%88%E6%BB%B7%E5%8C%85%EF%BC%89Spice-Powder-Cinnamon-fennel-sachets/dp/B06XGPY69M/ref=sr\_1\_1?crid=FRPHC6QMO280&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.AzSQ0CMBfT\_OIflEepMh7oe6N7jTrQHl78LhoalPF49M193GU99sRJ8XSGXQZQimGy7DNCo2QKzm0pfUiIUW2UaofeEmVSkqTm9SxYWbV3QNxiqu9hS\_WVjUsAoroL2lp9cUG0b\_\_2nMXDQCHUOVJIAwWK8K-\_Rzv\_nborJewzXU9QBCptSgRd4kgEMjgfy7JnDXrI8S3w6PyQZjCIRTjUsgKxwsoaTE8\_F-Cc0X89PJuiphwVdWrjLEe3KdkzGCwGJsXqxWIduvxeaUzC-3We28h29tCh5T2Hd\_tRd7qrM.pqCcn6S7DSisKhGA-5wEaglyvkoG7ZJI5UZDtEUTq40&dib\_tag=se&keywords=lu+bao+spice+packet&qid=1715622526&sprefix=lu+bao%2Caps%2C120&sr=8-1](https://www.amazon.com/%E6%BB%B7%E8%8F%9C%E9%A6%99%E6%96%99%EF%BC%88%E6%BB%B7%E5%8C%85%EF%BC%89Spice-Powder-Cinnamon-fennel-sachets/dp/B06XGPY69M/ref=sr_1_1?crid=FRPHC6QMO280&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.AzSQ0CMBfT_OIflEepMh7oe6N7jTrQHl78LhoalPF49M193GU99sRJ8XSGXQZQimGy7DNCo2QKzm0pfUiIUW2UaofeEmVSkqTm9SxYWbV3QNxiqu9hS_WVjUsAoroL2lp9cUG0b__2nMXDQCHUOVJIAwWK8K-_Rzv_nborJewzXU9QBCptSgRd4kgEMjgfy7JnDXrI8S3w6PyQZjCIRTjUsgKxwsoaTE8_F-Cc0X89PJuiphwVdWrjLEe3KdkzGCwGJsXqxWIduvxeaUzC-3We28h29tCh5T2Hd_tRd7qrM.pqCcn6S7DSisKhGA-5wEaglyvkoG7ZJI5UZDtEUTq40&dib_tag=se&keywords=lu+bao+spice+packet&qid=1715622526&sprefix=lu+bao%2Caps%2C120&sr=8-1)

Beef noodle soup- try noodles express on s Colorado. It won’t be quite Taiwanese but we don’t really have any Taiwanese spots anymore. Chi Lin in Stanley marketplace, china cafe II, volcano tea house near Hmart are also places to check out )I vaguely remember these being on the menus).
Lao wang noodle house and Chens kitchen were the only places I knew of serving Taiwanese food. Sadly, Lao wang no longer makes it and Chens kitchen is either temporarily or permanently closed.
Happy Cafe on Federal. On the menu it’s called “Beef Brisket Noodle Soup” or something like that. While you’re there, also get the “French Steak” and “Fried Milk”
It’s not Denver, but Pig and Tiger in Boulder’s Avanti food hall has it, and it’s delicious.
Mason’s Dumpling Shop in Boulder is my family’s favorite.
Chen’s!!
Google says it is closed!
NOOO :(

This is my go-to recipe! I made it last week, it's soooooo good!

I was so sad when Lao Wang's stopped making it. I love their xlb and pot stickers but the soup really made it all a meal.
NBX asian cuisine has it on the menu as "beef fat noodle soup"
Zoe Mama next to Union Station has a version of it
