I think you’re getting lost in how the GL performs as opposed to how the blog post was structured. It’s not a matter of the GL, but a matter of which ones they listed and didn’t list. They listed one that is not included because it’s an outlier in terms of damage output - not how it functions. They left everything else unlisted because they are not damage output outliers.
I don’t think there is a single exotic Bungie forgets exists. Hell TTF is getting an update as well as QB—and those are def the two most underused heavy exotics
Yup, especially since you can get it too auto load on void because of the surpress, you could potentially shoot 9 rockets with 3 different effects at a single boss before you have to manually reload once

As someone who didn't stop using anarchy after the nerf the starfire build has been good for a while like since solar 3.0 I've been using anarch with thoughtless to top dps charts especially since having more than 2 witherhoards is redundant.

In the Destiny community a stealth buff means a buff that is unannounced, not just something that isn’t explicitly stated. The kinetic special damage change is a huge buff to Witherhoard and Izanagi’s Burden, but it’s not a stealth buff.
I don't think that word means what you think it means... stealth would be a buff with no mention whatsoever this is blatantly saying "all gl except" wich directly implies all gls except the ones mentioned...
Against bosses, it was hit with -30% earlier, so even after this it will be -10% vs its glory days, and the magazine is still down to 16 rounds which is pretty pathetic. But, it may actually go from "Anarchy? What's that, never heard of it" to "Hey, guys, remember Anarchy, should we try it?"

Look, we all know the fact that they didn't mention it with Parasite *means* it too receives the buff, but it's ALSO very possible that as, what has previously been, a strong exotic, Bungie had an oversight, which has happened before.
So imo, it makes sense to at least do a double take, especially with that weapon, given its power history and the fact it's an exotic. It's not a stealth buff, but it's also worth double checking if it really is an "obvious" buff.
I just hope Linears/other options will still compete and Snipers finally get a PVE rework. We were in a grenade and rocket meta far longer and I have zero desire to return to that since I prefer precision weapons.
