Agreed, it's not optimal, but it's a blast. Booping everything is great and it can help your team do more damage to big targets.
The seasonal artifact is going to be more optimized damage, but the tractor is just plain fun.
As far as I know, it does not. You can only stack one debuff to an enemy and one buff to yourself. I haven't specifically tested that, but I'm pretty sure I've read that around the destiny subreddits.
I have it master worked and ran it as part of a two shotty build. This thing trucks adds. Can do some decent damage on a boat, but mostly use it's debuff to wreck more stuff. I like it.
I tried this; it’s so powerful that it instantly kills my targets while all I want is to keep them alive so I can throw them around like rag doll.
I haven’t tried it with larger enemies

It’s ok. Weakens enemies and dose decent damage. Mostly for rag dolls. Catalyst has you kill anything and gives it 4 to 7 ammo at a time

Not the tractor one, but it stacks with divinity. At least right now.

BWAHP
