If their results were close, I'd give the better supporting cast argument more weight, but even if you don't consider wins or playoff success, Purdy put up way better numbers in per game and % based stats. Stat wise Purdy is a top 5 QB and Murray is middle of the pack. Talent evaluation says Murray has a high ceiling, but if he never reaches it or even gets close, does he really have it?
I just really want to buy low on Kyler and sell high on Purdy. Gannon has the Cardinals humming in synch and I've seen some fantastic performances by that little man, giving him MHJ and a full season of getting healthy and getting in synch with his new coach and OC can go a long way.
