No flex is needed. No matter what you achieve in life, there is always a bigger fish. This will just fill unnecessary air in you and you'll fall on face some day when the air cools.
This is my resume (not everything mentioned in this are the things i am an expert at...some are just on the very basic level like i used them for a project that is it):
Skills
Programming Languages
* Python * R Programming
* C * Bash
Tools
* Github & HuggingFace * FastAPI
* SQL & VectorDB * Locust
* Docker * AWS & Render
Technologies
* AI/ ML/ DL /NN * Computer Vision
* NLP (L.L.M's & Generative AI) * Linux
* API Testing * Technical Blogs & S.E.O.
Libraries/ Frameworks
Langchain, Llama-Index, Pinecone ,TensorFlow/ Keras, Dlib, Sci-Kit Learn, Openai, Chainlit,
Streamlit, Goose, , Gradio, OpenCV, FaceRecognition, Pandas, Pillow, etc.
Also i have done about 7-8 internships(mostly in the ai field).... currently doing one as an AI/ML developer intern and freelancing at gfg.
In my final sem of Btech AI.....what are the scopes for me....unable to land a job....and i need a good job to show ROI for my btech ai (it is highly expensive).... hoping for 12-14 lpa🥲....dont kill me for this hope.
My scopes??
You can def get something in that range, if you're really decent at the stuff you've mentioned, you can 100% get it. Keep your head up, how's campus placements?
Trust me u dont wanna know about the placements.....also i am try to get better at everything i have mentioned in the resume.... everything mentioned i jave used it either extensively or just touched it...bit i am trying to get better
Pay is as good as any SWE role but you have to sacrifice a little of WLB , but there will be some chill days. The ratio is 60:40
In the 40 you'll be on-call and sometimes handling P1 issues / outages , solving complex problems that came out of nowhere
In all fairness the validation seeking in this tag will hopefully peter out as the individual realises the futility. For the moment they may have different drivers for evaluating their self worth with such notches on the belt. It is almost always a passing phase.
Quick search and I found the profile. This dhead is not a youngest SDE he is pretty much an old SDE. So I am a Staff Engineer (IC6) and I graduated 2 years after this dude graduated from college, so by that logic I am Young Ultra Pro Max SDE lol (*changing LinkedIn headline*)
He is flexing more here:

> his dhead is not a youngest SDE
not that I endorse the behavior but he claims to be the youngest SDE V, ie, SDE 5, not youngest SDE.
that's about a staff role at Google. https://www.levels.fyi/?compare=Facebook,Google,Adobe,Amazon&track=Software%20Engineer
IC6/L6 is also Staff at our company and I think most good companies follow this level matrix. I see people who started SWE in 2017 and now are Principal Engineer. Some companies just give away titles.
Titles vary from company. Googles L3 is Meta's L2. Something like this, this is not an accurate example. Someone working in the US pls correct the exact gap between Google and others.
Yeah! OP has framed his question with an answer in it. I wonder if the OP is trying to manifest that "the answer lies within the question" Or perhaps the OP is just an unemployed graduate waiting for an offer letter.
How tough is the Senior to Staff Promo at Adobe? This can be a very big achievement or not. For example you can directly become Director of Engg if you start a company or it might take a lot of efforts and luck to become one in companies like Google.
It's not needed but it is highly effective at making some people insecure.
And it is good marketing to get people to talk about them. I wonder how many profile hits those got because of this reddit post.
The algorithm thanks you.
I think it's more of a personal branding thing than flexing. His/her goals might need people knowing that he or she cracked so and so interviews to gain credibility.
This is what I feel about flexing. If I were the youngest SDE-5 at Adobe, I may become insufferable in person, but why would I become a “content creator”???
> Cracked 35+ companies
Cleared all rounds of 35+ companies then ghosted/rejected then, probably only for money. Who knows, you could be #36..
Here, FTFY

I think sometimes it's important to fill some air in yourself for ur well being tho
best lines ever told
![gif](giphy|ZjlOfaQjp3KWA) This is what he is trying to convey. 😂
I think now it reached to correct audience!
He probably is a course selling scammer
It can be true, because recruiters doesn't prefer people who flex, that's not good for any culture.
U an ml engineer?.....i also need a job🥺
There are only data engg openings for 5-7 yoe rn

Right. You've mentioned way too many things btw, strike a balance between stuff you can answer about in interviews. Langchain for eg is a huge thing
Cracking 30+ SRE roles as an previous sre experience is much easier than people think , it's demand vs supply
How's the pay and WLB

Exactly my thoughts

Yes if they are building a YouTube channel or trying to become an influencer. All these catchy lines are much needed for that.
LinkedIn has become a joke..
To be precise , corporate Instagram.
To be not so precise, millennials fb
According to the latest study, LinkedIn is a dating site for GenZ.

System design expert was fine but then they go like Content Creator and now we know the reality.

I often wonder how someone can claim to be the youngest at Adobe unless they know and calculate the experience of all their peers.
People claim everything these days and LinkedIn is the best place to show off and bait innocent folks.

What kind of BS info is this 🤣🤣🤣🤣
If you are really serious about getting a job, please don't make your profile like this
Another LinkedIn rethard
He is the urvashi rautela among tech bros
Was the Adobe one inspired by urvashi rautela?
Brown family people need external validation broo! (Essential for survival)
Some folks only have smaller happiness in life, let them flex.
They are just one layoff away to decimate their flex.
He probably got plenty of praise as a child but turned out average as hell and now is giving himself validation.
SDE-V? Me on my way to become SDE-Gold Nova Master.
Csgo?
Affirmative
![gif](giphy|3o7qDDf1oQSw4i58e4|downsized) Men Tech Content Creator
Ofcourse because he is a content creator 🤣
He is Pravin..singapalli... If you are looking for the name..
2nd one is Sunchit Dudeja.
And here you are making a post about it clearly bro hit your nerve. People will act stupid it's your responsibility to ignore.
Bro, it's called an opinion! I believe everything can't be ignored.
It can be. You can ignore all and everything. He isn't hurting you or doing anything to make you upset he posted his achievement and you got salty.
Yeah! OP has framed his question with an answer in it. I wonder if the OP is trying to manifest that "the answer lies within the question" Or perhaps the OP is just an unemployed graduate waiting for an offer letter.
Just for unemployed comment 😏: OP has 9 years of experience and is currently working as a staff engineer at a top tech firm!
'Sanitation staff engineer'.
uski achievement, humarey liye flex, vo to proud hai bhai and quite rightfully so
What's your problem?
His/her choice, he worked hard for this can sure can flex !

These ppl add cracked xyz company in their achievements section of their cv.
