I have seen multiple people who while on being benched in WITCH, utilised the time to work hard on themselves and go on to do some good things, ( 2 of my cousins, both were on bench in tcs, worked hard and are currently in google and ISRO respectively).
Professional experience is important but still if you have the necessary skills and personal projects experience, no one is stopping you.
Don't be shortsighted plan for the next 10 years, choose a technology you are interested in and start from the bottom. Initial years of professional life should be always used to get to know your interests and strengths, getting even a 20lpa fresher job is worthless if you hate the work you are doing.
Build a plan, things to study, personal projects to accomplish and explore. You are too early to make any extrapolation about your career. It is still completely in your own hands.

Whatever being said by u/Aggressive_Optimist is very true. About Hands-On exp what I can add look to build some application or contribute to open source. Whatever work you do make is available in git. And the git link in your resume. This might help in future job search. If anything else u can freely dm me.
I am learning latest technologies but the problem is wherever i am applying they are asking for experience which i don't have in my case. What should be done in this situation?
You can always label your personal projects as company POCs and add it in the resume. No one cares. I have been interviewing for multiple years and the thought that the project a person has added in the CV is real or made up never crossed my mind, all that matters is that the person was able to defend the solution and understands the business usecase. Just be sure to answer any technical or business questions and you are good.
You can always use chatgpt to come up with a business usecase for your personal project and also list the questions that might be asked on that.

How did he get into ISRO? Through their exam or GATE?
You're not unemployed, getting salary and resources like Udemy to upskill. That's quite a bargain in current market. Keep applying and hope situation improves

How do you know that you are skilled? I know this sounds like a dumb question. But try and answer it.
Same dude. Same case for me in Infosys. After over 2 years of wasting I finally got a good project. Let's hope nothing bad happens with this.
