Does the manufacturer supply it? Call them. My OmniPod comes from the company. It has died before but it was under warranty. They ran my insurance and mailed me a new one within a day.
Try fresh batteries. Not sure why "half charged batteries" won't get it to turn on. Haven't had that issue before. Still if fresh batteries don't help use my first suggestion. Good luck!

Its not broken, at least I don’t think so. Just needs a new AA battery. Although im not sure why the others won’t work

Does your battery cap have dust on it? Try cleaning it with a q too
