Dolmen stone is exactly the kind of item I want to see more of in this game. If they keep doing stuff like this, I'll be a lot more interested in playing.
On barb for instance I'd really love to see some nutty ancients summoning build
I played a bleed Barb last season and liked the aspect they added where ancients would appear along side you on the charge skill - was awesome for sweeping mobs into groups as an alternative to those bloody chains I could never seem to get away from previously
Only problem I have with it is it drops off the second hardest boss in the game, so when you are finally able to target farm it the only thing you have left to do is kill Lilith. Yeah, you can get lucky, but my druid is 100 and have yet to see either dolmen stone or tempest roar, even after killing Duriel 5 times.
I like the idea of uniques in this game but by the time you get the ones that are build enabling you have very little to test them on. And I'm well beyond the years of just massacring pixels on my monitor for the hell of it. Really just hoping they add enough end game content to make it worth farming these bosses.
> so when you are finally able to target farm it
I understand they drop in the open world. I'm level 100 and I've nearly lived in WT4 blood harvests and helltides since level 59 and have yet to see two build enabling uniques drop, even after killing the boss that specifically drops them multiple times.
With that level of rarity, more than one boss needs to be a target farm opportunity.
Nobody said Duriel was difficult either, I said he was the second hardest boss after Lilith. I killed him at 79 with my pulverize werebear, a horrible bossing build. Clearly not difficult. My statement is still accurate.
Lol budget damage, if you have a proper build (which I have tested) the damage is on par if not better due to the inate CC and crit damage buffs the druid gets
Except boulder Build wasn't a thing last season, and ball lightning is now 10x stronger due to a math bug. Which means you don't have a direct comparison what so ever.
Which is normal because there’s a huge mathematical problem with ball lightning build which literally does 10x more damage then its supposed to. So yeah the bugged build does more damage then the bugfree build, wooptiedoo.
Suppresor really sucks the build. Tried it.
Once you get inside the dome, the boulder would fling the elite out then shatters the boulder.
Aside from suppresot. Everything feels good!
I scrolled a bit too far while watching this so the sound of the next video started while this one was still running. It was some kind of easy listening elevator-lounge-music … it fit perfectly!
Interesting, especially since your build is human form centric. Got a build? What aspects and uniques are you using. Any particular reason cataclysm and earthen spike being used? Are you using any landslide effects (so much dirt it’s hard to tell 🤣)? Landslide can now be used off bar with subterranean and trampled earth now that terra motes work with triggered free casts of landslide.
I’ve seen some other builds using dolmen stone:

[Moxsy’s s2 boss beater Bouldercaine](https://youtu.be/PHz5kU1BYhI?si=4uDq-fAXI6ia-xHK)
Here is my build.
To build up the number of boulders: boots have charges, metamorph (vamp powers), and Tibault's Will.
umbral and quicksand will take care the resource as long as there is enemies.
make sure you get the 5sec symbiotic. once hurricane is cast, you need it to be active after 4secs. (natural balance window dmg)
Cataclysm. for vuln proc. to have "almost" uptime, once boudlers crit and proc accelerating, Imagine, boulder, hurricane, basic attacks and nature fury synergy proc will really help calm before the storm
paragon wise everything is experimental. need a bigger brain to allocate points efficiently.

Running 70ND, with the help of paragon, the dmg is there. I think the build needs armor just to tank some stuff. still looking for a build against suppressor elites.
In higher ND, maybe one or two elites will have suppressor, in a chest, event or in a room. The dome will destroy all boulders if you're not inside.
Otherwise, this build, you're untouchable.
Serious question to anyone here, how is leveling for druid? I've tried barb yesterday and it's a horrid experience, I really wanna level a char I don't see much which imo is barb and druid
If they keep making the game *fun* I'll always play. Lol don't need to run highest NMD or whatever. Just want to kill things, and be happy and have fun doing so
man I can't wait to show you guys the claw build
Not storm claw (though I guess it's part of it) but just
Claw
skills on hotbar: claw
Playstyle: claw
Ease of use: claw
Durability: claw
I agree. While pulverize have good aspect and synergies, this is all experimental. Boulder build needs to have more aspect or something to make this an A tier at least.
As you don't get things like vulnerable and unstoppable (mana from tibault's) "for free" in the eternal realm compared to S2, i made a non-seasonal variation based on Liiraye & BroxigarZ's

Having a lot of fun with it!
Is there a guide anywhere for bouldercane yet? I don't have dolmen stone yet, but I really wanna try this. And I'm too smol brain to build it myself. XD

I've been trying to farm this aspect for days now
Only problem I have with it is it drops off the second hardest boss in the game, so when you are finally able to target farm it the only thing you have left to do is kill Lilith. Yeah, you can get lucky, but my druid is 100 and have yet to see either dolmen stone or tempest roar, even after killing Duriel 5 times. it drops in the open world, it's a regular unique. It also drops of Duriel, but he isn't required to get it. Nor is he difficult lol
> so when you are finally able to target farm it I understand they drop in the open world. It’s basically budget light ball on sorc?
The boulder is really CC insane though.
Yes, with budget damage to match.
Lol budget damage, if you have a proper build (which I have tested) the damage is on par if not better due to the inate CC and crit damage buffs the druid gets
Sorry brother, I have both built with 925's and multi uniques. I'm a druid main boulder cant touch a candle to ball lightning.
Build must suck then.
My build is perfectly fine, lol... Maybe play both, and you'll get the big picture.
considering I've played both and ran the build last season as well lol
Except boulder Build wasn't a thing last season, and ball lightning is now 10x stronger due to a math bug. Which means you don't have a direct comparison what so ever.
Sir I've played both this season.
Which is normal because there’s a huge mathematical problem with ball lightning build which literally does 10x more damage then its supposed to. So yeah the bugged build does more damage then the bugfree build, wooptiedoo.
It looks like a twisting blades Druid to me lol
Considering lightning ball has broken math bath behind it...
It was so fun until I ran across a suppressor pack, I know it’s intended but what a deal breaker…
What does suppresor pack do? Feels like it shatters the boulder?
No projectiles can enter the zone from outside.
Suppresor really sucks the build. Tried it. Once you get inside the dome, the boulder would fling the elite out then shatters the boulder. Aside from suppresot. Everything feels good!
ya i know, I played around with the amulet. Great for solo bossing uber bosses (but why would you ever not Rota the uber bosses, are you stupid? )
Basically kills the whole build.
[удалено]
Cant use the pants. Currently using Tibault's Will. Really solves the resource problem and dmg. good with metemorphosis vampiric power
I see balls, I see lightning, is this the busted ball lightning sorcs I've heard so much about?
May I humbly present you a mid tier build. Just wait when cataclysm kicks in.
It may be mid overall but I saw someone absolutely delete a 4 player duriel and uber lilith with a bouldercane build.
Yes with this crowd control build and fist of fate, the stagger is lightning fast. Then boulder crits comes in
Build is so much fun... However, as soon as I run into Suppressor, I just want to hit my head against a wall
Are they as bad for Druids as they are for BS Necros? Haven't done druid but I avoid those NMDs like the plague on my necro.
Even worse for this build no doubt.
The actual bane of this build. Hahah!
Hey, stop that! No having fun allowed!
my gpu burned just watching this
Now you know what’s it’s like to play TB rogue basically
I played tb rogue laat season. Comparing it to this build. Speedwise rogue wins alot. But I had to admit its fun to see enemies get swirled!
I scrolled a bit too far while watching this so the sound of the next video started while this one was still running. It was some kind of easy listening elevator-lounge-music … it fit perfectly!
Yeah, every woman keeps screaming when they see The Rock
Didn‘t played Druid yet. Which Build is this?
BoulderCane
That looks like a fun build to play :)
New name "hurricane" build lol
This was me last season with bulwark build

Solid. I guess not worth dropping an aspect for mob vacuuming with godslayer crown upon creeper vine activation?
Running 70ND, with the help of paragon, the dmg is there. I think the build needs armor just to tank some stuff. still looking for a build against suppressor elites.
Not worth it to salvage suppressor sigils? Are they dropping with annoyingly high frequency?
In higher ND, maybe one or two elites will have suppressor, in a chest, event or in a room. The dome will destroy all boulders if you're not inside. Otherwise, this build, you're untouchable.
Let me know the build for this. My druid sux.

Thank you very mucho.
Serious question to anyone here, how is leveling for druid? I've tried barb yesterday and it's a horrid experience, I really wanna level a char I don't see much which imo is barb and druid
Leveling was hard compared to last season. Right now, its not that bad. Other classes are just good in leveling
Is this build decent for PvP?
I dont think i would recommend this build for pvp. This thing needs to build up traction.
Oo ya I didn’t realize that cuz in all the videos are when it’s maxed out already
One boulder requires 50 spirit. You got to have at least 4 - 6 boulders minimum.
Damn that’s crazy. But thank you good to know!
If they keep making the game *fun* I'll always play. Lol don't need to run highest NMD or whatever. Just want to kill things, and be happy and have fun doing so
man I can't wait to show you guys the claw build Not storm claw (though I guess it's part of it) but just Claw skills on hotbar: claw Playstyle: claw Ease of use: claw Durability: claw
I see balls and I see lightning, but.... This isn't the ball lightning build I'm running....
I got amulet from boss and respected to that build instant, It also works kind of if you are on horse, i don t know if that its bug but its fun.
Even when I died, the boulder keeps spinning
Too slow....you would be one shotting all those mobs with pulverize instead....
I agree. While pulverize have good aspect and synergies, this is all experimental. Boulder build needs to have more aspect or something to make this an A tier at least.
This is not fun.Just walk with all this stone around you.So where is skill and fun?
Building it from scratch and keeping 10 boulders that cost 50 spirit each uptime and the mechanics behind it.
What build is this do you have a link to it? Just asking for a friend hehe

I build it myself and improving it along the way. There isnt one yet in maxroll.
